I personally disagree with this take since I'm getting what I paid for and more. I wish more games did what Tarkov does but they don't since this game is really complex in every which way which does explain some of the issues and oversights with it. Not excusing it but it is what it is. It's not perfect but I don't expect perfection from this game. Plus the only kick in the nuts I get from this game is the punishing gameplay, not feeling buyer's remorse since I do not regret buying it one bit. I'd regret buying BO7 from what I've heard of it. Here, I'm satisfied with what I have. Could it be better? Every game could be better in some way. I have a lot of personal problems with even some of my favorite games but that's a me thing. I did expect things to go wrong with 1.0 but it's better than expected except for the servers getting DDOSd by everyone trying to get in. I've yet to see Lightkeeper and Labyrinth and I know I will someday. I've killed Killa a couple times and I feel good about it since he kicks my ass a lot and Gluhar is next on the kill list. Hope to get Epsilon in the future but that will come. My only critiques with this game are some technical problems that I've experienced but they're not ruining my fun yet. There are other bugs people have reported but I've yet to experience them myself. I've said this game is powered by vodka and even then, it still manages to be more original in not just story, setting and lore, it's more original than most FPS games I've played in the past since it literally created a new FPS subgenre without even trying. It wasn't intended to be an extraction shooter yet it got that moniker and it stuck and every other game company is trying the extraction shooter thing on for size with varying levels of success. This game, despite it's shortcomings, remains my top game for better and for worse and I don't see that changing anytime soon 'less a new game like Tarkov comes out but I've yet to see something that comes close to the level of gunplay and gun customisability Tarkov has. The ballistics system in this game is more realistic than most games I play and the health system is also interesting. If another game can do all these things and more, I'll make that my top game and Tarkov will be 2nd on my top 10 games list but till then, Tarkov ftw in my opinion

I use common sense cause I'm a logical person who keeps it real to the best of my ability. I always have low expectations with games I play cause it keeps me grounded and despite the server problems Tarkov had on launch, I was still hyped and I have not stopped enjoying the 1.0 experience since I started. Is it perfect? No. Does it have issues? Yes, technical and otherwise. Do I let those issues ruin my day and cause me to complain every second of every day? No cause that's a waste of time and gets us nowhere. Constructive feedback is always needed but some people here don't understand the difference between constructive criticism and bad faith criticism that doesn't help anyone out. Sorry about the cheater thing. Happens sometimes. But you ain't no pussy. If you're playing the game without cheating and getting somewhere, you're better than that ragehacker in every way. PvE is great for casual players and those who want a break from the PvP rat race, pun very much intended but I find it to be predictable with AI PMC fights since they act the same every time and bring in virtually similar kits which gets tedious in my opinion whereas PvP is different every raid since people play differently and use different kits which keeps the experience more engaging for me. Arc Raiders is a game I want to try since it does the extraction shooter formula differently in a good way. PvP is a bit weird but some fights are cool and the AI in the game is really punishing to solo players which makes teaming up more important. Tarkov is the hardcore game that people should try at least once to see if they like it or not and I hope other games in the future are just as hardcore as Tarky since that would be fucking awesome

The rule of thumb with gaming is to never let what other people say ruin what you have expeirenced. If eveyone is complaining about cheaters, but you have never run into them, don't worry about them. If eveybody hates the secure container system, but you haven't had a problem, don't worry about it. The complainers are a very vocal minority in almost every game. Letting other people ruin your fun because they aren't having any is a good way to starting hating video games.

I'm only not sure about the level because I thought I leveled up to 4 and a half after the tutorial but after resetting the PVE profile with PVP forced ticked, PVP profile was back to lvl 3.

You do. But to change the appearance you must place your container into the workbench and select the customisation you want.

Just like how if you want to remove the Unheard gamma customisation you place it into the Cultist circle.
