HDDs are usually to slow nowadays to really use them for gaming without you hating everything, so i would advise to install it on the SSD if there is space for it

oh i see, yeah seems like theres nothing on it. yeah could be that windows is hammering the drive while u play. also if its nearly full that can also lead to problems with it slowing down. i just googled the drive and found it that it has no DRAM cache, thats also not super optimal. if you want to get a new SSD down the line, make sure it has a DRAM cache, it usually says on the amazon page or whatever. otherwise you could test only running eft and nothing else to see if it helps

if you go for the money (Killa/Kiba, the entirety of Labs, resort on Shoreline, things like that), accept that you'll be facing people with dozens times your hours, who have been killed from every possible angle and position you never knew existed, and learned from it (or just have a better gaming chair). You will die if you engage unless they have an aneurism. So, don't. Skirt the edges of the timer, go for the second-best loot, focus on tasks one at a time and don't deviate to loot. Don't be greedy, it's the only sin this world punishes

yeah the Customs flare looks like suicide with no cover, but people rarely watch it for this reason. If they do you're toast, but that goes for any camped extract. Just cost of doing business.

and in general, try to stretch your raids longer, and move slower across the mapm while avoiding hotspots and common walking routes, that would help you out a lot too imo
