That is not the case. You had multiple cores are 90+%, he still has room before it's maxing out. He is sitting at almost exactly 8GB VRAM, which is why I asked. Here is yours for comparison.

under normal circumstances no ,you cannot lose items to scavs on PvE. Solo, the game instance ends as soon as you die, local or server. Co-op, the scavs can pick up your bags and guns (as well as ammo and grenades), but not much more than that.

But the alternative is to pretend you're Matrix and turn time dilation way up, now that you don't have to sync with the players' perception, and actually run the sim to the timeout. Yellow- if you're on pve it's the cheapest card despite having good chances of BTC, ledx, and GPUs, and I mean GOOD chances

It's gonna take some time but I'd recommend doing a few things

1. Organize them so you don't have duplicate of keys in several containers
2. using the wiki to look up each key to find if you want/need it, either for loot or quest,
3. wishlist keys you want to keep and put them into an empty key case or container

At one point I had 3 key cases packed of keys
Spent like a little over an hour looking them up and finding out what I want to keep
