well I spy immunity gains, so that has to have come from somewhere. If it's an energy drink, this wouldn't matter, however. It used to be that when you stim your skill above 51, which you could do at endurance 20, it stopped getting xp. People said this has been fixed, but like all fixes in Tarkov, it is transient.

or if you spawned underground then run up to the underground where the red dot is and you can catch them leaving

Depends on the map. Lower than 1.5 MOA on maps like Labs/Factory certainly isn't necessary and lose ergo / aim punched in doorways - and not a better option.

Streets that is debatable - but even at 1.5 MOA there is no need to zero the optic and can put the crosshair on the head from 150-200 meters with dead on accuracy. I'll give you the 16" barrel being more suitable on Woods for sure.
