Ye then this is one of those times when someone complaining about tarkov issues is actually right it's a known issue with local raids, pretty sure it's due to the server running AI on your local PC, had it before, killed a scav stuck in a door or something, fps immediately spikes back to normal. Just a rare bug that happens every few hundred raids.

Best thing to do is just extract immediately and re queue

Health levels naturally while leveling strength, endurance and Vitality as for Vitality well i blew my self up on lighthouse's bridge (no longer working) but if you wanna level it up normally you just get hit a lot and bleed a lot that's kind of the only way to level it up as far as i know
