There is always one item missing, every single time. Usually it was evasion armband but this wipe gloriousE mask blocked me and i had multiple armbands so I send one(I have seen this too after prestige)
And problem is that only solution is to farm scavs and wish for luck, no static spawns or guards or bosses that could spawn it at higher rates
