100% report for sure unless there was someway to see how many scavs they are killing. As a new player, I assume this person is mowing down scavs somewhere and then exfil on every raid. Especially since they've not run a single scav raid. Scavs are a great stat pad I've noticed, I just get jumped everytime I kill more than 2-3. Some duo/trio of PMCs come full tilt sprinting at me with lvl 6 plates and crazy helmets, usually with a drum magged ARs.
