oh no its been broken since way before transits were introduced. one explanation ive heard is that it counts how long you survive before each death. for example you play 2 raids where you extract from the first one after 25 minutes and you die in the second after 25 mins. over these 2 raids your life span was 50 minutes. this time is added together and divided by the number of deaths you have giving you your average life span

could also just be completely broken but to summarise its a pointless stat because it rolls over

It can still kill you by running you over, It cannot shoot, but it can also NOT be interacted with. Best advice is to stay off the roads and try not to get ran over.
