incase nobody has answered this yet, the amount of skill points you earn gradually declines during a raid.
check out your endurance/strength skill when running ingame, check the gain the first full sprint, then the next.
the 2nd full sprint will have gained you much less experience than the first sprint.

you can sorta reset this by not leveling the certain skill for a couple minutes (like 10 or 15 minutes i think), then leveling it again

i heard that you can loot them from the hangar in lighthouse trainyard, but personally never seen anything in there. Very confused to have it as a daily.
