You have that in PvP sometimes, just the difference is the PMCs in PvP actually hit more shots than they miss, and don't walk in obvious patterns

3 times in a row these guys camped my door (pve), this is the 4th. I had to jump on the car and go around the fence to get in because I had a sneaky feeling they would be there, and oh look 2 guards AIMING AT THE ONLY DOOR IN AND OUT. Jumped on some rocks the same way to get out btw.
