That would likely be the 14 hour timer, so 400k+1 internal value. Different items have different internal values. Their internal values are a special value assigned, which is entirely separate from vendor value and flea value. No, you cannot check internal value without checking the code as far as I know.
For example, the Blue Folders vendor to Fence for 333k, but have an assigned internal of 750k. The Tagilla figured has a vendor value of 63 to Therapist, but has an internal of 100k. Just put in 5 of any assorted intel items, such as Slim Diaries, SAS drives, SSDs. Pipe Grip Wrenches work, as do the new SAKO attachements (apparently have a high internal).
