There is currently a bug within PvE when you complete an achievement like killing a boss for the first time, what ever AI causes you to get the achievement they won’t be lootable.

Like when you kill the goons the last goon will bug out because you got the achievement for killing the last goon.

BSG is aware of the bug

Another example would be killing 50 BEAR of USEC, the 50th PMC that causes the achievement will bug out and not be lootable.
