if you're looking for max karma the fence quests aren't the way to go too, way too slow.. you want to take all the v-ex on all the maps 3 or 4 times each, then if you're dedicated try to get some friendly pmcs to extract with you on the friendly extracts. You should have your karma at 4-5 after all that, you can easily max it by baiting other player scavs to hit you "for a quest" and murder them right after.
