yes, and that is enough for you to be wearing a Zabrallo and Altyn and with your strength bonuses you'll be underweight long enough for you to do endurance, then you put some stuff in your backpack and you're overweight but it doesn't matter, and a Zabrallo/altyn isn't a common kit.

If the item was obtained via the flea market or Fence, BSG are highly unlikely to ban you or anything, as you didn't violate the TOS to obtain it.

But there is obviously a risk if they decide to change their mind

Right now, it's not a problem to simply have the item in your possession, however the methods for obtaining it do violate the EULA, the word from BSG so far is they are not going to punish players for obtaining items via the flea market or Fence, it's their fault for not blacklisting these items to begin with. But modifying game files or cheating to obtain it is definitely a violation of the EULA and would result in a permanent ban.
