depends on your gun and ammo, i'm assuming you shot it with something like 9x19 or 7,62x25. As these rounds typically have low armor penetration and low armor damage, if the enemy player was wearing tier 4 armor, it could easily stop upwards of 20-25 rounds of shitty ammo

Again, it depends on what you define winning. You typically get ,2 rep with everyone but jaeger by the time you are level 15 and none of the advantages transfer to pvp, you do not aim better or have more health.

Every single advantage can be grinded up and achieved without EOD to a point where the only real long term advantage EOD provides is 1 more space in your secure container, so it is pay for convenience a lot more than pay to win

from someone who started as standard then got EOD the difference between standard stash/container and eod stash/container cannot be overstated. Its the difference in just spam depoting all your loot after a raid or spending 20 minutes trying to min/max storage before you can start another raid

Having more trader rep or more prison wallet space does not affect the accuracy of your bullets, their damage or your health/ the rate at which you heal/ anything that would help you in an engagement
