Learn the maps, figure out why you're not doing well at pvp and do better, and success will come easily afterwards.

Getting to huge amounts of money or kit just requires a lot of raids even if you are good though

Sniper rock is also called dick rock sometimes because people camp there. I would rename scav bunker to radio/radio tower/radio hill because the big radio antenna and it being more logical to newbs.(Not sure if anyone else calls it that but usually people understand instantly)
