i mean i am not a scav main, but i do have like 220 scav runs already xD. (gotten like 30-40 ish cards from those raids). once you get above 7 rep. you just keep spawning with them. (my advice is just use all the cars as many times as you can, then run factory scavs everytime you have to wait for your friends (when loading into raid for example), in no time you will have like 40 flairs and labs cards)
