The first one it seems to look like server side issues. (2019)
the second one, BSG actually tweeted saying they were aware of thie issue and working on a fix (2020)

Have you tried clearing cache and trying to load up?
Tried clearing log files?
validating game files?
Clearing temp folder through launcher settings?

Both posts I found say reinstalling the game does not fix it.

Could also be a corrupted local.ini file in documents/"Escape from tarkov" that is what the issue was for my buddy this wipe but im assuming you have already played some this wipe? his wasnt the same error either, he could load the launcher but couldnt make it to the main menu without being hard stuck and needing to alt F4.
