1. Install the latest adrenaline driver
2. Restart the pc (I know it seems basic but just do it)
3. Check your settings and make sure that they aren’t preset to being very high, as your pc can, at max, run settings at low-medium for tarkov
4. Open task manager while playing tarkov, see what is being utilized and how it is being utilized. Keep tabs on things like CPU, GPU, and RAM
