Some people like to scav farm on factory.
Hunting bosses works as well, but you gotta be successful with it. Killing gluhar & guards is ~15k exp.
Tasks like The Cleaner are good exp as well

Yup, sadly. There are resale websites that give out base game keys for as little as like 5$ if I remember correctly, EOD is extremely discounted too. For games like this I feel they shouldn't exist TBH. I have heard about them, never bothered, I paid for my EOD upgrade all legitimately on sale through the main website.
