the water filters are needed for water collector lvl 3, which allows you to make super waters. then you have to build the booze generator so you can turn that superwater and 2 sugars into moonshine. the thing is though, that this is one of the most common and best crafts in the game, so people constantly need water filters. they are going for like 120k rn.
by listing a lot of them for a much lower price, you can influence other people to underbid your offer, making the price lower. this also works the other way around, making the price higher. thats called market manipulation
