Same for Perfotoran and Zagustin, Perfotoran tanks your enegy while zagustin tanks hydration, I personally use the Perfotorans over the Zagustin, they cost almost half as much, and provides some hp regen, with it's down sides being negative health and only lasting 60 seconds instead of the 180 a zagustin.
