The reason you know it's duplicating instead of just, say, multiple people bringing 1 item in, is because you'll see multiple armor pieces (typically pacas and that blue one) that somehow have 5-6 of them with the same exact durability (something oddly specific, like 32.4). I don't know if this is intended or not, but I don't mind it one bit.

I think them shifting to oculus audio was just like crazzzy like that was a curve ball its even worse than it was before. It sounds clearer in game but its worse for knowing positioning.

The ammo changes while somewhat good for balancing purposes, done in the middle of early wipe just really fucked people up, and made the entire playerbase upset, even the people who appreciated the changes like some of us.

I like streets, but everytime I've played It I rubber banded and I just haven't set foot on that map since. Progressing rn I've made it to lvl26 this fast and im impressed with myself at that but I gotta agree this has been the worst wipe so far in terms of reward for progression and enjoyment of the game.

Assuming u both have good ammo, ttk will be very fucken similar

Then it just becomes a matter of who hits who more, armor becomes useful and it’s less of who gets the recoil jump cuz their gun is fucking stupid and jumps to head eyes. I’ve died more this wipe to Timmy’s with stock m4s getting a lucky recoil kick than anything else

well the reason I said the mutant ouperforms the m4 (maybe not by a mile) is because of the point-fire controllability. Before the mutant, the HK was the hipefire machine that thing was pinpoint accurate even at range beyondf 60m-100m sometimes I seen in clips.

But the mutant is as much of a laserbeam as the hk was albeit with a lower rate of fire but BP was always better than 55a1, so the fact that it shoots slower doesn't affect its competitiveness. The m4 got nerfed at the same time the hk did and now we have russian supremacy again with the RD its the same thing. The m4 will do the job, but the mutant will almost always be better to have, or the RD, the point fire on those guns is extremely strong. Especially with recoil control leveled.

There’s virtually no difference other than camera recoil and overall stat fuckery. If they just revert to those settings now we’d have the best gunplay. A slight tune to 556 maybe a 5% recoil hike and shit would be S tier.

545 PS tends to stop being useful as soon as you get access to either BP, PP, or BT, any of those 3 ammos will outperform it in almost every circumstance, armor hits, legs

Its really up to you whether you wanna use purely looted ammo, I always use looted ammo when I can because any advantage I can get while doing quests helps, but

also if you're curious there is an ammo chart to see specifically what pen values and damage values 545 ammo has. I used that chart to get a basis for knowing when to use certain ammos

like knowing that BP has more flesh and less armor damage is a good thing to know compared to other rounds at a similar position on the chart
