To the left in the video I posted is a small electical box that you can jump onto, don't look down or you'll push yourself off, then just walk jump onto the door, not too far though or you'll fall behind the door and clip into the backrooms and you can never return.

that supp is the best u can do for that gun specifically I believe, there are better 556 supps but they dont attach on that platform.

Also running an RK-1 will cost a little more than the RVG but will definitely help more with recoil, a MOE stock would be better than the F93UBR GEN 3 too.
