Try to take things slow, walk most of the time and run only through open spaces with lots of visibility, also try to avoid such open spots as often as possible.
Every now and then stop for a sec and listen to your surroundings.
While moving often look around or lean, that makes it harder to aim for you.
That will make you spot enemies before they spot you.
If you spot someone that does not see you think efore shooting, sometimes it's better to let them pass or wait for a better moment to strike. If you start getting shot at just respond with immediate even unaimed fire in their direction, with some luck you will kill them or at least make em hide.
Aiming in this game is not as important on close ranges because bullets actually go where the barrel aims so don't waste time trying to aim when someone jumps you as it often just fucks up your aim, just unload.
It's better to have a shitty gun with good ammo rather than the opposite.
Don't be afraid to bring good gear on raids with you, if you survive longer you get to actually experience a gunfight and learn from it.

I'm in no way a good player but when I was doing really bad I just started doing this stuff and got waaay better at the game.
You just gotta find the playstyle that fits you the best, this is something between ratting and chadding so if it doesn't work for you maybe it will help you find the preffered style.

literally just learn maps inside out and play intuitively, listen to your gut. when you know spawns and maps you know 75 percent of tarkov. Its just experience in pvp that will get you further. Dying alot doesnt matter when learning.

I think for Psycho Sniper you need level 8 Sniper, not level 9. You also get pro-rated levels so you should not wait for any reason, just turn in if you have the money and unlock better bullets to snowball your wipe. I do it every wipe, I'm on this task as well.
