Best thing you can do, go online and search up all items needed for quests, and hideout. Keep the number of those specific items and sell the rest. Like if you only need say 4 rechargeable batteries for a quest, and you have 7, sell 3 keep the other 4. Best way to manage between quests and also having money.

I make it to the stairs, and bam. Bodies, fucking, everywhere. Loot is flowing down the staircases like a river all the way up to the 3rd floor, every body is almost untouched, the cheese is unfathomable.
I go down and loot the scav I accidentally killed, he's somehow not looted and he he's JUICED with like 4 PMC dogtags, probably the guy who caused all the damage. Then I take a hop and a skip to extract for easy money.
