The only tip i can give you is keep going. Buy SJ6 + Meldonin (use the Meldonin just before you get there, and only use the SJ6 if you spawn on the other side of the map)

Run there, if they are not there extract right away. You will find them. And don't give up after 10-20 raids but keep going, you'll end up finding them at some point.

I'd say keep the resort and reserve keys dorms 214 has a safe so its up to you if you want to keep it or sell it and dorms 114 has a quest behind it if i remember correctly (look up which resort keys you have has a joint balcony and sell the more exprensive one)

Most of the custom keys are better to use if you play the map since they got safes. Also the keys are worthless to quick sell(I would wait until flea)
