So the way it works past 6.0 is if you're in a position to lose reputation like you killed another player scav or a boss, you'll lose as much reputation as it requires to bring you to roughly 5.9 reputation. At least that was my experience last wipe. All of the info I found online was outright wrong. Regarding him being a traitor or not, I've seen that system be very wonky. I've 100% killed Traitor scavs that I firsthand saw kill other normal Scavs and I lost rep. I've killed player Scavs that had other AI scavs chasing and shooting at them, then the AI scavs turn and shoot me. It's very random from my experiences. I had over 900 scav runs last wipe and this is how it works in reality. Almost all the information I found online was BS or outdated. Hope this helps. 😛

If you check my screenshot there I had over 50 PMC kills on my Scav, so I enjoyed that aspect of it. I hit 9.0 rep at one point then killed a Player Scav that I watched kill an AI scav and I lost over 3.0 reputation. There were other cases where I was 100% convinced I was shooting a PMC but when I checked the body it ended up being a player scav that had equipped a PMCs gear and had on clothes that looked very similar to a Bears. The ability to purchase goods from Fence was also highly over rated, as there wasn't ever anything worthwhile-- at least last wipe. I don't think they've changed much though. I still love Scav runs though, taking out a geared PMC with a scuffed loadout is a huge rush for me. lol. Also being friendly with Schturman was a lot of fun, I'd find him and lurk near him waiting for a PMC to kill him. Ended up with three Red Rebels using that method.
