Best advice to start is to check out some video explanations on tarkov ammo. Pay attention to penetration values + actual damage. Some are designed to pen armour and do lower damage, others cant hurt armour and are designed to shoot limbs/unarmoured facees etc.

Wiki is a good source of info for specifics on that.

As far as earnings go its something you'll get a "feel" for over time but youtube might also help you there

Ok so the actual gunplay isnt' an issue, but you're not earning money and aren't sure about what ammo to use. So you need to investigate armour vs bullets, and since you're struggling with earnings you're going to want to investigate the things you're regularly finding loose, and see how much they sell on the flea market, you want to focus on the more expensive things but as those are the rarest you'll also need to figure out what people are buying for hideout upgrades or crafting stuff which are more common but still valuable. As well as what keys are valuable. Flea market is best source of income

You'll pick it up naturally over a lot of time but youtube videeos will help, its a real big subject lol

Done all story missions and now progressing through "The Ticket". At one point I'll have to do 2 coop extracts. in the most popular guide, it says I can extract as a pmc with a friend (pmc). is that true or do i have to coop with a scav as a PMC? and another question: I just did the btr quest where i had to kill 5 scavs on woods --> transit to reserve --> kill another 5 scavs. I then handed in the quest at the btr on woods, but the guy did not give me another quest. Why? and how do I proceed from there?
