this seems to be a bug that is going around, as it's not giving you the banned error code, and is giving the incorrect email and password error, but when you try to reset the password, it says account blocked. i would try reaching out to BSG support.

If you have troubleshooted everything the problem may be on your ISP end for IPV6 only. You can't fix this by disabling ipv6 on your end but you could try. Also, you may need to contact your ISP and ask for a prioritized IPV4 connection, otherwise known as "dual stack" because a game called "escape from tarkov" doesn't work well with pure ipv6 connections.

This may need tier 2 support as the might not know what you mean.

I have found that they have two SMTP addresses the code can be sent from. One is blacklisted on several email domains, and there really isn't a reliable fix, since the issue isn't client-side. You just have to keep trying until you get lucky and the email is sent from the non-blacklisted SMPT. Been an issue for over a year, as I saw a community manager's post on reddit saying they are "working hard to solve this issue" posted over a year ago.

Hey I have seen other people have this problem before but I still can not seem to resolve what is going on for sure.

I have been playing tarkov for a while and I have been upgrading my specs overtime. Ever since I upgraded everything, Tarkov will now lock up and freeze my pc with it. I have tried increasing virtual memory. even replacing RAM. Even updated a lot of my drivers that I can think of, lowered the game settings, etc. Not sure what to do. Also looking at temps and I get an average of like 60 to 70 Celsius.

I also played games that are very heavy on resources like Cyberpunk, The Cycle: Frontier, Elden Ring, etc - No lockups or freezes at all
Frames can go up to the max but tried lowering the framerate too to see if that would work and still same result

It does stutter sometimes during game at random times like once or twice and then when my pc crashes. It freezes the screen, audio bugged out and locked, my mouse and my keyboard wouldn't respond like my caps lock, num lock button wouldn't turn any of the lights on.

Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

Select an SSD drive
Untick automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Use 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum
Once you’ve entered your size of virtual memory, click Set, then click OK to apply the changes.
After that, restart your computer and give it another go

Keep in mind this will take up some space on your SSD for as long as you have that volume on
This will also very slightly decrease the lifespan of your SSD

If you run smoothly after setting that, then you will need more ram

Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

If you have an SSD you could try adding virtual memory but ideally you could lower game settings and even resolution to lower the ram usage.

Try adding 16000MB minimum and 25000MB maximum page file (virtual memory) to an SSD as shown here:

This might be able to help you without getting more ram

So far, I set it to default and I did an offline raid. Had my character stand there for 15 minutes because it would freeze within the first 5. So far It hasn't froze. GPU Temps are average of 70 - 75 degrees Celsius. That might've fixed the problem but we will see how long it will last until it freezes again

Is there any comment from the devs/whoever runs the EU servers on why the desync has been so terrible in the last few days? Either Every game I'm getting major desync with 40ms OR I've run into cheaters in 70% of my raids

Sometimes ISPs have different routing for connections that go to different countries

It might be that your connection to a russian server makes the connection go a really weird route suddenly and gets high ping

Well since it's ping it can't be an IPV6 only issue which is more easily fixed on your ISP end but since it's probably a routing issue there's not much you can do besides contacting them about this and see if they have had others complain about this for Tarkov in particular.

Hey so I started to play for a while today. For like 5 hours. as I set my msi afterburner to default, did clean installation to my graphics. I was able to play. I did notice some stutters or like times where the game would freeze for a second and then play again. I decided to stream and it went on for 2 and a half hours until it froze. So The first part was the GPU, then Upgraded the motherboard and the CPU. That's when it started to freeze. Then got a new PSU and that helped it a lot. but then made it to where Tarkov would only lock up my PC .Then I installed Afterburner. Replaced the SSD, HD, and RAM to see if that would fix it but didn't really do anything

Your motherboard support website will provide the bios files and you need a USB drive formatted to FAT32 to put the file on. Put that in the pc and reboot and spam DEL And F2 to get to bios and find the bios update section and browse to the file on the fat32 drive.

If you changed anything like XMP you will need to set that again since it will default to factory settings.

Hello EFT Community, I am a milsim fan and am considering purchasing the game. However, I am not sure whether my hardware supports the game to run at 50+ fps. Could you please check my hardware and give some suggestions to me?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 Laptop
GPU Memory: 4GB
I had no problem running Arma 3 with a 60+ fps in most singleplayer. I hope my laptop can also run Tarkov at at least 40 fps (better 50), which is the lowest fps I can accept.
