And first back up these ini files by copying them to another folder on the desktop.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

If this doesn't fix the problem please paste the files you backed up to replace the files that took their place in that folder.

Unfortunately that website is known for selling stolen keys. BSG will not offer support for such cases. You should buy the game from the official website. What probably happened is that the key was bought with a stolen card and the owner found out and fixed it and your key was deactivated.

You may need to either lower your resolution or other settings or get more ram

Try this.
Windows + R
Open your run page and type in 'control sysdm.cpl'
Go to the advanced tab, under perfomance hit settings
Advanced again, and change the paging file size
Select an SSD drive
Untick automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Use 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum
Once you’ve entered your size of virtual memory, click Set, then click OK to apply the changes.
Restart your PC after that

Not everyone will benefit from DLSS, it's user specific regarding GPU, resolution, GPU usage before DLSS update etc.

@earnest vessel Make sure that you've installed of the redists that are usually needed (DirectX, C++, PhysX etc..), see if running the game in a different resolution/screen mode makes the difference e.g Borderless, Windowed or Fullscreen depending on what you've been running with. You can also try to disable the fullscreen optimization of the game by changing it in the game's .exe properties. Starting it as admin could help as well but rather unlikely.

Can you go to Start > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

Because you want your CPU/GPU to be high, GPU at 100% at best. Because this means that the game is actually fully utilizing your parts. The CPU or GPU usage should be much higher than that. Have you tried upping your graphic settings? @dim berry

It could be related to your in game settings that you don't really need that tank performance, that's user specific. Other than that, you could try to downgrade to another driver as some driver tend to work better than others in regards to performance. Also, what resolution are you running & FOV?
