When you have a revolving shotgun equipped in stash and drag 20 flechettes to it it loads one single flechette but it removes 5 from the stack. Leaving one in the gun and 15 in stash removing 4 rounds from the game

The mic initialization failing is a sign. Try setting the game and launcher exes to always run as admin in right click > properties > compatibility tab > run as administrator.

Also, to have the game show up in volume mixer it must be playing audio, so load into your hideout @quaint solar

And go back to the volume mixer and make sure that the tarkov exe has the right device set for your output to the goxlr device that is your default device.

add the game and launcher folders to windows defender exclusions and make all 3 exe files bsglauncher.exe, escapefromtarkov.exe and escapefromtarkov_be.exe to run as admin in the properties > compatibility > run as admin checkbox. Then reboot and try again.

You can put those ini files back if you backed them up

Also allow those three exes through windows firewall public and private.

If that does not help please reinstall the game.

Recently I have been having to wait on the profile loading screen when starting the game for 5+ minutes before the game will actually start up. also @quiet summit I updated the chipset along with anything else it let me update and it did net me about 5 more frames which is worth noting. As for the gpu and cpu usages the cpu usage hovered at around 40% and gpu usage didnt go over 35%

That's good,I would try and use physical cores only, or if you already have that checked, uncheck it. Play around with your textures, lower doesn't always mean better performance. Also disable high dpi scaling on fullscreen if you haven't already.

Hey everyone. Fairly new to the game. Having some issues with booting it up sometimes no response at the initial screen or it either gets stuck at the profile data loading screen once I'm in it will run fairly ok. This may be an ISP issue or a firewall somewhere is not letting you connect. I'd look around the settings you have and turn off weird ones like "DoS protection" or special firewalls.

Anyone have the issue of loading up the game, starting to match make, then getting the "server connection lost" message directly after. I've changed servers and have tried everything possible. Is there any asus software that could possibly interfere with connectivity? I have IPv6 disabled as well. I installed the game last night, and haven't even been able to play it yet. I've tried using a VPN, and updating network drivers. It's a continuous loop of the same message

The most common cause of this is the ISP being IPV6 only and you can't fix this on your end, you will need to ask for a prioritized IPV4 connection and this may require tier 2 support rather than regular ISP support.

The tarkov servers don't seem to work well with a pure IPV6 connection. They need ipv4 as well.

I'd suggest downloading the asus driver for your ethernet from the asus website (as a backup) and then uninstall the ethernet device from device manager and delete the driver, and reboot. Let windows install a windows driver and then try on that.

Otherwise if it works for him and not for you either it's a problem on your PC or an ISP issue or a problem on your account.

The most common cause for this is a pure IPV6 connection and that usually is temporarily fixed on a VPN.

yo, im wondering if anyone can help me with a ping issue. Around thursday last week my ping spiked on the singapore and hong kong server from 140ish to about 250-300, and it was only those 2 servers. I've spoken to my ISP a few times, they say everything is fine. Ive used exitlag which worked perfectly, although i did have to use a vpn to get onto the server through the launcher first. So im just wondering if anyone has a fix for this issue, because me and my friend literally cannot play together. I also cant pay for continual use of exitlag as im in dire need of saving money, so any free alternatives would be helpful (yes ive tried creating multiple accounts to get the 3 day free trial but that doesnt work)
