For those who have the message waiting session start and the session that does not launch: launch windows command prompt: type ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew do an ipconfig /flushdns and if like me you have nord VPN check that it is totally inactive (the nordlynx connection should no longer be visible in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections. This manipulation seems to have worked for me but I think it was mainly nordlynx that was messing around ...

Put the scav boxes you want to save in your sorting table, press tab, then walk over to scav case and manually build it. If that doesn't work please empty each one, one by one, as it's trying to take one with items in it. It should be trying to pick the first one you bought/crafted.
