Just so you all know, the issue with Yahoo not getting emails from game websites is a known issue for atleast a dozen games i know of for the past decade. thats an issue with Yahoo, not BSG.

yep. that helps with those who use google authentication method, but if you don't already have that enabled, you also have to check your email for a verification code to enable google authentication :))))))

funny fact, to get emails forwarded to another domain you have got to subscribe. so i tried that, and it said "sorry something went wrong" each time. looks like im in a shit sandwich between devs who dont give a shit on both sides

@slim spruce It isn't infinite, but the time for "loading loot" has went up a pretty drastic amount. Probably 100-150%. Before, it would take about 2 minutes total to load into raid and now it takes roughly 5 if I am lucky

just in case you dont know extract the zip via 7zip (which is free online) it doesnt really matter where then go on launcher and you have to set the path directory it should be in launcher settings

it depends on the case, most of the time, unity returns crash windows when the paging file is saturated, which is set by a setting in windows. This is a problem within the configuration of the OS of the client, this can not really be fixed by devs

I'm not saying nothing can be, but crashes are often client sided

Hello, I have this issue I've been dealing with for quite a few days now. Whenever I try to load into a raid it just waits at awaiting session start, while the session has already started for 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes (no exaggeration), I get a black screen, then after 5 minutes I kinda load into the raid but immediately I lose connection to the server. When I try to reconnect same thing happens. I am able to load into offline raids, and have succeeded into loading in a interchange raid. Woods and reserve do not work. I have reinstalled the game and same thing happens. In the forums someone suggested changing some firewall things and disabling ipv6 in ethernet settings but nothing helped. I reported it via the launcher but then I got a mail to verify the ticket or something and the link just led to a 404 page. I am getting a little bit sick of this as I keep losing money trying to load in and getting nothing in return because I crash. Everything still worked 2 wipes ago. I'm sorry for the long message but as I can't reach out to support via the 'report a bug' in the launcher, I'm doing it here.

in this case - wait for the specialist to check your ticket. There are logs in there which will be easier to see what the issue is, it is also possible that the error is not caused by it, it's one of the most common source of the issue though.

Ok so , so as of yesterday i was locked out of my account. I am not able to change my email just because my password is not working anymore for some reason ... i cant change my password because "At the moment, there is a problem with the delivery of letters to your mail service" nothing comes in mail. In my backup account i am getting the codes. And then there is the extra copy of the game that i ordered for a friend of mine that i cant receive just because of the email situation...
