I was apart of that "earlier" group BUT, i even tried this for a buddy of mine who cant get to play right now: Log out of Tarkov website, log back in, see if you can get an email verification (i could, but im using Gmail), get logged back into the website, then try to get verification code through the Launcher.

Nightlark when you type into the search bar in the "Choose another Method" screen that looks like this, it automatically assumes that you are sending a code to your email that you already put into login screen on the previous page. When you press the tab under "Available methods" and try to type in your email, you're not actually searching your email, you're just searching the OTHER methods to choose another method. It's unintuitive UI.

It's about the problem when the Device ID code does not come in the launcher, and all other letters from us come without problems:

At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).
If this doesn't help, try creating a new user in your OS and installing the launcher there.
