I would suggest downgrading your driver to the latest studio driver for your graphics card if you're on Nvidia. They are more stable.

Regular drivers are "game ready". The nvidia driver page has an option for "studio".

Sell something on the flea market and once its sold you'll get a message from ragman and what you want to do is right click his chat and click delete dialog then restart your game and you'll see all your dms except his and then sell something again and you'll have him back also, weird fix but it worked for me and several others

I am getting constantly crashed everytime I get to "Awaiting Session start" or just before. Ive been playing just fine for weeks, Ive changed my page file to an apporpriate size for my setup, which is more than it was before when it WAS working, Ive installed new GPU drivers and rolled back to check if either were the problem, I just did a full reinstall of Tarkov on my computer and I also have 120GB of free space.

So, Insomnizack was right and it was my anti-virus messing with Tarkov. My anti-virus was HitmanPro.Alert and after I uninstalled it everything worked fine. It's unfortunate because I started to like that anti-virus program. But at least it is now solved. Thank you!

I love that on a fresh windows install with basically no applications, I am able to run 160+ on an offline shoreline run. But online it's still only around 75-90.

Insane how fucking unoptimized this game is, especially for Ryzen processors. It's basically pay to win if you have an Intel processor at this point.

Two friends on a 9700K and 10900K are getting usually 110+ FPS and 130+ FPS respectively. I totally get that something like a 3950X and 9700K/10900K are noticably different in performance, but 75 vs 110 vs 130+? That's ridiculous.

Also, the game has been running like shit randomly since 12.11. In 12.10, I was usually getting 85-110 on Shoreline and other maps, a lot smoother too.

Just now I did a shoreline, and it started off at about 95-110, but then dropped to 50 and went back to 75 (which is usually when scavs spawn in I think), but not a smooth 75, a stuttery 75.

But I can consistently go back to shoreline in offline and get over 160+, while utilizing the highest core more, where in online the highest core is only about 60% utilized

I wasn't really having these issues for the past 5 days, but all of the sudden today it just is terrible, even on a brand new Windows install with basically no other programs

offline uses your cpu more because of the scavs. using your cpu instead of the server for the AI.

Running a normal online raid I get a stuttery 70-85 FPS.

Though, the FPS at the start of a raid is usually 95-110, where it will drop about a minute in to that stuttery 70-85 FPS.

This was reproducible with a fresh install of Windows 10 running only Tarkov.

The problem seems to be ISPs or Email providers blocking either one part of one email (from launcher and letting ones from the website through) or they block both.

Some people have to switch their email to another provider for their account to get the emails.

i am having a issue where when i launch the game the combination of tarkov and my scarlet solo seem to mess with the other USB devices i have as my audio in and out of tarkov is crackling and my mouse will lose the ability to do anything and then come back for a little bit as well as occasionally disconnecting my keyboard. this only happens when the scarlet solo is plugged in and i have no idea whats happening.

i have been having the same problem for about a week now my ping with randomly jump up to 250 to 4000 completey randomly and i dont understand why i normaly play on 60 to 100 ping i dont really know why it just started jumping for no reason can anyone help me out with this cause i havent seen anything on the internet that has really given me a real hard answer cause i cant play the game without getting kicked randomly and even some times it will jump up to 240 and just kick me no 150+ for 30 seconds just kick anyone

This sounds like a RAM issue. Can you set your page file to manual and set it to minimum 8GB and max 15GB ?

Also try clearing your shader cache. Nvidia control panel > manage 3d settings > scroll to shader cache and turn it off. Reboot. Then enable it again, and run the game.

I have had this happen, the gold checkmark means it's a quest item but the white checkmark doesn't show on this because the gold checkmark overrides that.

I just got out of that raid yesterday and I went to check the quest right away, but I couldn't hand it in, so I waited and restarted my game a few times to see if it was a bug or not, but I still can't hand it in now

@slim spruce I did what you said, Went for a single raid in Reserve, so far so good, didn't get a single stutter or freeze, fps was 65 minimum and like 110 maximum, i will see if it will still be good at next raids, i just don't know if this amount of fps is how it should be

@hybrid dawn To fix icon bugs clear your game cache in the Launcher. Click on your name at the top right > clear cache. It will not tell you it did it with a popup or something.

when you get the second one game changes your find in raid 2 flash drives to hand over 2 flash drives to skier

I am not sure of this but I think he's friendly unless a scav tries to kill him, then bosses go on a killing spree of all player scavs.
