I keep getting ''Server connection lost'' after couple minutes to a raid and if I try to load back it wont let me even move and I get kicked instantly again. This has been going for a week now and I cant find any fix. I have tried everything from dnsflush, ipv6 disable, updating all drivers, updating gpu drivers, restating modem after 60sec unpowered, changing DNS server, trying to check file integrity, changing ig server, clearing my eft temp folder, reinstalling to different hard drive, trying different graphic settings and checking my network stability.

Yeah its not about the servers, I just tried different ones and when it disconnects it just cuts the connection without any reason. Its bug in the game and cant be fixed by players. Have to wait for some streamer to get the bug to devs to care

HELP PLEASE, I have been playing this game for about 5k hours, I recently started getting a lot of server connection lost issues (2-3 times per raid, every raid, 20-30 raids per day), i ended up factory resetting my PC thinking it was on my end and then when i tried to reinstall the launcher and game I got IP blocked from login onto their main website, i can still log in to the forums though. I am lost and frustrated, I don't know what else to do, I have tried multiple browsers, resetting my router/modem for 10 minutes but I am still IP blocked. My wife has the game on her PC and I can log on to the main website on her PC no problem. If anybody knows how to contact technical support I would appreciate any help.

Yea I have been browsing the internet for a few days trying to figure this out and I have tried everything. From what I saw the email issues were from domains that I am not familiar with (@gme.dx and stuff similar). I use a common Microsoft domain and I receive every other email fine. Its kind of sad to see this has been an issue for years. Imo they should just have the option to change the verification method on that screen to something else on your profile (like Google Autheticator).

I saw many people say that if you just keep trying the email will go through eventually. That stemmed from one guy saying he was watching traffic (or something) and saw that the launcher would attempt to use many servers that are blacklisted or something (IPs starting with 104.~, or something similar) and that it would eventually use a different one (IP starting with 174.~ or something similar).
Whats just weird to me is that the launcher and their website do not seem to use the same system for verification, which is a shame considering the website is the one that works the most, but I guess once they get the launcher they have already payed and it is therefore not as big of an issue anymore.

hey @grim hatch sorry to bother you, but i fixed the problem of disconnects I have been having..... my solution was to delete any traces of BSG or EFT related content in my registry. After starting the game again i have been able to play for 15 mins without any issues so far. None of the fourm posts about this issues shows this as a fix so not sure if its coincidence or a legitimate fix for some users?

Anyone know a fix for long wait times after raid? It’s def not my specs, 36gb ram i9-10900 and 3080. It’s really pissing me off and I know a lot of people have this issue just don’t really know what the culprit is or how to fix it. Matching and queue is quick and everything loads fast. The problem I’m having is after a raid (exfil/death) and after clicking next, the loading screen takes around 1-2 minutes to get back to the main menu.

@versed ermine Im not trying to sound like an asshole, but i have been having the lost connection with anticheat issue for over a year now. I religiously reported it for a very long while. Nothing happened, and nothing was ever mentioned about it in patch notes or fixes they are working on. I know for a fact im not the only person with this issue. There are several videos on youtube about this very issue with tons of views. I have exhausted just about every single fix there is, minus a few that i will not do. The only thing that i have left to do at this point is completely wipe my PC and hope that fixes the issue, although i wiped it once before and it only temporarily fixed the issue, then it was back at it again. I see no reason why i should be reporting an issue that i reported daily, most days several times a day. To me it at this point seems asinine and insane to be doing something about it on my end when i can clearly see nothing is being worked on when it comes to this issue.

I'd suggest clearing the cache in the launcher and seeing if that helps. If not, delete the "local.ini" file in my documents / escape from tarkov. That will reset your settings, though.

To clear cache go to your name at the top right in the launcher > clear cache. It won't say it did it.

Ok it’s now been 4 days and I’m not getting my security code when I sign into the Launcher, however I receive codes when signing into the forums. Support has gone AWOL and don’t care my EOD edition game I bought in 2017has been a complete waste of money and the devs don’t care! Imagine if this happened to Pestily they would jump through hoops to help him!
Anyone manage to fix this issue?

Not sure what ya'll did to spawns on reserve but we lobbied in as a 3 man and spawned on opposite sides of the map. If intentional, maybe add that in the patch notes?

Don't. BattlEye blocked VMs a while ago and trying to get around that will get you banned. I know it sucks and I wish it wasn't the case, but there is nothing we can do about it.

So I had this issue and yesterday I decided to try a vpn as it may be a ISP/network issue and the load times after raid went from 1-2 min to 15 sec at most. Try a vpn, I still don’t know the exact culprit but it seems to be network related

Yay.. i have joined the no authentication code from launcher gang. have tried for couple of days like 50times to log-in to launcher and the code is not coming, but when i log in to the site it comes in an 5seconds. Updated my BIOS and set OC's like they been last year with this setup and it started. sent an email to support, told them i am 100% sure it is not in the junk/spam folders and thats pretty much all they told me in their response. 6/5. Have had to do Hardware change auth. earlier when upgraded and it did work without a problem.

My friend had excatly this problem, only solution was to make them change his email address to the account. to do that they need receipt of your game purchase, in-game used names and additional info like who with youve been playing

Submit a ticket in the launcher and post the ticket number here. In the ticket say if it is all maps you are trying to load into, or just specific one and make sure to include logs
