I think the problem is somewhere between your launcher and their servers. Since the email from the website works, I'm leaning towards you guys' machines with a firewall or something.

What I found from digging it enough is that if the servers are too overloaded some of the servers never send the ping back so you would be sent the email seems like I'm stuck on going back and forth on trying to get it to send me an email. Unfortunately this method also just causes more load to the servers.

For my 3080, to peg it, I had to force vsync ingame and disable it in nvidia control panel for the tarkov exe. Otherwise, the same happens with vsync off ingame with reflex on boost.

With a VPN to another region it will kick you for ping, as it's counted from your location, not the VPN. Also, I don't see anything in it in the TOS, but it won't really help much, it will probably hurt your ping. And also, don't use a VPN that comes out of china, it may get your account region locked.

Go into your Adapter settings for your network>>Right click and "Properties">>Look for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click on "Properties" again>>Down below, input a DNS address yourself. I've used Googles DNS, which is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, but you can also try to use Cloudflares, which is 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Then open the EFT launcher and just to make sure, clear your cache again. Afterwards, click on "Change server" and select 5 server / regions of your choice, preferably the ones with the best ping, which you can filter by clicking on "Ping". Apply and then give it a shot, it worked for me now every time I went into a raid.

i fixed my problem my problem was not receiving the email with the code so i could authenticate my problem was really just not receiving the code what i did was uninstall the bsg lausher and connect a vpn and download the tarkov app with the vpn on and ask for the code with the vpn turned on and I received the code instantly

I assume you already checked your ingame controls if the keys for both are properly binded / which keys they represent? Also, make sure to check on which "Press type" it is set to, as some require you to only press it once, hold, press twice etc. You can select that on the far right of each key via a dropdown menu

Why does Tarkov HAVE to be in my C drive? It won't follow the installation even when I set everything to a different drive that actually has plenty of space for it.

ive been playing for 14 hours straight on the same server, i dont htink its server issue

we literally clapped the only dudes on the server with us, like 5 minutes prior, nah we are all over NA

i tried every other fix that was suggested/listed and nothing worked, yeah i kept having the issue where the "server connection lost" error box would pop up, boot you out of the raid, and then you had to reconnect just to have it happen all over again. only thing that worked was wiping my drive and re installing windows with a flash drive

My question is did you have any time you could run to another position when you reconnected? Or did it just instantly boot you

I had this happen and it ended up being a server issue. A patch fixed it for me the next day.

sometimes it would instantly disconnect me and others time i could run around anywhere from a couple seconds to a fwe minutes

Ah, not the problem I had then. Sounds like a server issue / client->server issue
My firewall blocked one of the files from BE and it would instantly boot me

I would connect to anything, disconnect instantly. Reconnect, can't move and disconnect over and over. Nothing worked. Then a patch and all fixed.

Servers are being pushed to their limits like last time so i'm not surprised though

That's separate from game servers, i'm sure the servers that handle mail is much worse right now tbh

Just imagine those thousands of people not getting mail due to it being overloaded, then they try again and again creating more load

Try clearing game cache in the launcher. Top right on your name > clear cache. Reboot game.
