Hi why everytime i try to get into customs my game crash?

im having the same problem since yesterday

So im having an issue where my game is freezing and stuttering in raid but only as pmc and it just started yesterday after weeks of playing with no issues. I can play in offline mode just fine, I have made sure my computer is up to date, I have installed and reinstalled the game, my internet works fine, and other games play without issue. Im at a loss on what else to do please let me know if there are any solutions.

And if I wanna close it from the window bar, it'll just keep running in the background, so I have to kill it in task manager.

And by opening and closing it countless times I have had 2 successes so far. Both after reinstallation and after loging in.

im not sure but it seems to me that sometimes stuff does disappear from insurance. also always check if you really have insured all parts of your weapons. when your weapon is insured and you start to modify it you have to re-insure all parts that have been changed

If by any chance somebody is having problems with the game freezing every time you try to get into a raid and you have a Nvidia graphic card you can try doing a roll back of the drivers it worked for me, here are some steps to follow

Having the same issue. Have tried the following but the error is still occurring:

• Reinstalling the launcher
• Providing admin permissions
• Router Reboot + manually asign a new public ip via the router interface.
• Changing my DNS Settings
• Disabling IPv6 on my pc + router
• Checking / resyncing the system time.
• Deleting everything I've found to BattleState Launcher (Appdata: Local, Roaming, Local/Tmp, Documents) and then reinstalling the launcher again.
• Using a VPN

I havent had the change to check if it is working on my 2nd PC. I'm some what out of ideas now...

please don't buy the game, my friend and i had too much fun our first couple games, but then later on we realised how bad this game really is, the amount of software tweaking, going into settings you don't even know exist and most importantly the overall performance quality is terrible. he got new pc parts lately and therefore reformated his SSD, when he tried to download tarkov in the launcher it told him he's permanently banned, now BSG does not refund their games so there is no other way to fix this problem than contacting BSG, the moderators, the support team or the devs, not a single one of these replies. i have heard of a case where a guy bought the most expensive version of the game reaching 130 euros, neither did he get his money back or his account. i'll probably get banned for this but i actually care for your mental state and bank account status more than BSG ever could, game may seem fun on videos and as i said even when you first try it, but later on you realise how much of a pain this game is.

I didn't do this in a while, but you can put the files from the ISO that you can download from Microsoft onto a USB and then make the PC start up from it

From that point onward you just have to go forward with the installation process, making sure to select the option to just replace the system instead of making a completely fresh installation to avoid losing your files

Hey fellas, I know what I am posting is against rule number 8 but I seriously need help. So about 2 weeks ago I was banned from tarkov. I never cheated so I was surprised. After futile attempts to log on I checked my email and saw an email labeled “ access from new hardware” so yeah I thought someone had gained access to my account and I was done. I know the tarkov team and battle eye aren’t responsible for account thefts so I thought I was doomed. However, a couple of days ago I had a power outage so my pc just shut off. When I turned it back on I opened up the Epic games launcher. It had told me that I was logging on from an unfamiliar pc and it had sent me an email with a code. I entered my code and everything was fine. When I found out I got banned it was literally minutes after I got done playing tarkov. My game was stuttering so hard I reset my pc cuz it was going to take forever to open up the task bar and then reset it. I tried logging back into the launcher and then it gave me an error like cant establish connection. Tried again and it said wrong password, which it wasn’t. Tried a third time and then got hit with the ban. Now every time I try to log in it sends me an “ access from new hardware “ email but the ip doesn’t match mine. But, I’m wondering if the same thing that happened to the epic client happened to my tarkov client. Still, looking at it closely all those emails I’ve received are attempts from myself trying to log in. Any help?

Hi, a friend of mine is having problems with the game. Starting yesterday, he is unable to start a match with PMC, he is only able to enter with SCAV. When he tries to play as PMC, before loading the map the game goes back to the start menu. I haven't played for a while. Maybe a month or two. I used to run 60-80 fps consistently in-game. now i crash just loading in and if i do load in get about 10 fps. I haven't changed settings or components in my pc or in-game. Warzone, Minecraft, Rust, LoL, etc... run fine. I don't know what happened. I've checked my task manager while the game is running and nothing is out of the ordinary. Only thing i saw was my ram usage being a bit high(80%). I have 16 gigs of ram and its never been a problem. You might be able to do a factory restore point. But if not make sure all the temp files and stuff are removed as well whenever your friend uninstalls and reinstalls the game

If a player gets a banned that he does not deserve, he is free to apply it to BE which will remove it if proven so.

there is that app i use to give priority to apps. its called netlimiter. download it, pretty useful tbh might help a bit
