Hello, My friend is having a problem were when he hits the play button the game does not start what so ever, and the sometimes when bsg launcher tries to ask if he wants to report the bug, it crashes before it can make the prompt. Ive had him wipe his cache, Reinstall the game, run game as admin, and run game in compatibility. None of which have fixed the problem

I’m getting disconnected multiple times in one raid and getting 3000 ping, but when I check my internet, it tanks it down to .1 Mb per second download. If you've played for 5 minutes you'd know what the bug is. Try clicking next. Then try it again. Then try it once more. Usually a UI element takes you to the next screen...People these days...You mean the only bug that is reposted 1000 times because its front and center after every raid?

I am having problem with leveling up dealers, I have all requirements fulfilled/blue, but dealer does not level up. Only when I sell extra item then the dealer looks like leveled but there is no stuff to buy in upper levels and after restart/raid end the dealers is back at level1... Your CPU is 8% more powerful than mine. So you should have no probs. Your ram has decent clock and minimum amount needed. Gpu is good as well.
Must be something from settings. Set shadows to minimal and play with the V-sync option.

For CL, the lower the number the better.
For intel, Ram with 2666-3200Mhz is best. for DDR you can go with 4 if both motherboard and CPU can accept it.
Also, the game is still not very optimized. My frames still fluctuate.
Your rig sounds good so might be a heating issue somewhere if the FPS drop is 20 or higher. If the drop is 3-5 or 10, then that is Tarkov not your hardware

nah. For the moment stay as is.
BUT if you want upgrade then you might want to go 32 Gb DDR4 4000Mhz. RTX 3090. The Cpu is fine, please make sure the PSU (power supply) can handle the changes using online calculators or just looking at the power consumption on the GPU manufacturers page. There is nothing else I could recommend.
I use Ryzen 9 4900H, GTX 1660 TI, 16 Gb ram 3200 Mhz. Game settings from Nvidia Gforce experience and have solid 60 FPS with the casual 10 fps drop from God knows what.

For those having auth issues, I also was just able to get the verification email after about a day of not receiving anything. Think the auth server maybe getting overloaded with connections causing the delay, but am not certain. Happy gaming all 🙂

Hi, I need a little help. I just hit level 13, but Therapist LL2 is bugging out. At first, LL2 doesn't even show up. Then if I buy something from her, it does increase to LL2, but her stock is empty. Like I said, I have never had it happen. Sounds like you just have bad luck, which is also part of the game. You would be surprised what you can shoot through. This game is not Call of Duty. If you hate it so much, uninstall and rid yourself of the problem

I'm level 30, Hideout maxed for my current level and I still have a few million roubles in bank.

Most of the time the hacker will clean the whole lobby anyway and he definitely wont care about your gear as he wants Found in Raid items to sell on AH.
So I think you have a decent chance to recover your gear through insurance.

yes if u go into the launcher... top right under ur account area there is a drop down.. click logs. it will bring u to a window... delete all logs except the most recent... close the launcher and the game, restart both then restart ur computer. then go back into the game. it should be fixed

obv because the website enables you to actual buy the game so they get money, they care about it working there. Not after you've already bought the game

I don't think this matters, but I have two drives ssd and hdd. Before launcher was on hdd (e.g. D) and game on C

Inside BsgLauncher folder is unins000.exe i ran that and it just uninstalls the Launcher.
I downloaded the launcher from the website. Moved it to C and ran it. Now launcher is on C instead of D (as per before). Open launcher select language and enter user/pass. Then prompts for 2FA and it came instantly to my email but seemed to be a slightly different format or wording to how it was before removing the installer.
Once in, instead of hitting install to install the game click the button at the bottom to point to where it's already installed

Though I don't think moving the launcher from drive to drive actually mattered, I think it was mainly just reinstalling the launcher entirely that fixed it.
