It's a known issue with ISP->Email providers and BSG. They (BSG) need to fix it. There are some potential fixes in the thread on Reddit but only some work everytime

np. theres a few spawns for it on woods. a bunch of scavs have them as well. you can also unlock jaegar there if you havent already. You have to be in the raid a certain amount of time and/or kill 1 or 2 scavs in order for it to not be a run through. @shut seal

around a month ago my game randomly switched to display on my second monitor(1080p) so I thought nothing of it and switched it back to my main monitor(1440p) and when i put it back on my main monitor and went to switch my resolution to 1440p because it had been set to 1080p the option for 1440p was not there, I have tried to reinstall tarkov and that still did not fix it does anyone have any fixes or ideas i could try?

So short rant because I have no idea what and where to look, basically, I've been getting disconnected from raids (most of the time before even joining the raid in which case my inventory would stay intact other than the lost insurance), my ping is around 50 but sometimes "spikes" to 90-110 while loading in which probably kicks me out.
Last raid I was in I loaded in smoothly, ping was constantly in the 50-70 range which is fine, I run off from spawn, shoot a gun standing still in the face 5 times, he's alive, my ping is still normal, I try moving an item in my inventory to check if I got disconnected and indeed I did.
Normal (50-70) ping, no spikes and my internet was fine but I got disconnected and lost my gear again.
Any idea on what I should do or how I can possibly fix that? I have so far changed the servers from launcher to the lowest ping ones (which show 30-40 ping)

Guys I think I have a solution

This worked for me for not receiving the email confirmation for login on the launcher:

1. Close the BSG launcher
2. On your hard drive, go to "C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local", rename the "Battlestate Games" folder to something else (I called mine "Battlestate games - old") or delete it
3. Go to where you have the launcher installed and delete everything in the "Temp" folder
4. Open the launcher again and try to log in.

I got an email straight away with the confirmation code after this

so, i constantly get frame drop/freezing in games, i get mostly 60 FPS in-game with medium settings but the game freezes constantly
i never had this issue before, i'm playing this game for three weeks, it was running pretty well but this week the problem is getting worse, im starting to get up to 30 seconds frame drop/freezing
i mean im not the best fps player in the world but getting freezed during a firefight is obviously critical/crucial issue for game experience :(

troubleshooting:

• i tried veritas' graphics guide/ didn't work but at least boosted my fps for ~20
• dpi scaling adjusted
• nvidia control panel settings adjusted + ultimate performance is on

my thoughts:
is it because of the "memory leak" issue of tarkov? if so i really have to upgrade my ram then

@quaint bronze there are memory leaks if you run the game for many hours, it'll get choppy after a while. Also your character has limited turning speed & your endurance + strength levels factor in the movement speed, so it might feel a little choppy due to those mechanics

What is wrong with this game. I played patch 9, 10 and 11. Came back a few months ago and am back now. This game loads extremely slow. Its gotten so bad. I just lost my gear as it was 6mins loading in. alt+f4. re load took about 6 mins and then says "game completed or aborted".

Its borderline impossible to play now. When Labs first came out I would be running raids over and over. Now its 1 raid with 20 mins in between them.

I have the game on an SSD but it feels slower than a HDD. Its worst than when I originally had it on a Hard drive years ago.

It's not a problem with EFT or the launcher per say, it's a block Windows defender has imposed on the .exe file

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could help me out on a problem I've been having with the game if possible. So while I'm loading into runs it takes a solid 10 minutes when originally it would take 3 minutes tops and as soon as I load in I get an almost instant"server disconnect" notification. The entire time my FPS is at a solid 5 while the first day I played it would average 60-80 FPS on High settings. Whatever is happening is making the game totally unplayable and as of talking with a friend of mine it does not seem to be a problem with him. I've tried uninstalling both the launcher and the game and reinstalling and it didn't fix it at all.

Yea I had the exact same symptoms as you were describing, the issue lasted for 2-3 hours for me. Right when I uploaded that picture, it just fixed itself without doing anything special.

Just found a fix. All thats needing to be done, if going to the EFT website and click install

It'll get you to download the launcher, and proceed with all that. Once up, it'll do its usual email verification and it'll send it through. And make sure you have the no-reply email whitelisted so you can receive the email in junk or main.

Hello, I bought tarkov about a year ago but couldnt run it too well. Also; have you had problems with not recieving invites from other players, or if you inv them to your group not being able to see them in it?
