Some providers blacklist and block senders. At least that's what the case seems to be for a few. I think most put it in spam rather than block. I'm not an expert by any stretch and dunno the specifics

Did it take the money? From what I've seen, having the EXACT amount for an extract will cause it to extract without you, but not take your money. I had this happen on multiple maps, but having at least 1 ruble more than the cost fixed it.

You cant die. In order for it to be counted as "found in raid" you must get kill a scav/player or be in the raid for 10min or have 600 xp of found stuff. and extract.

Known issue for 2 days. Why is this feature not disabled until you can fix it? I have Gmail, I'd hope that would be common enough of a provider to not have issues. And the fact that you have the ability to have 5 different authentication methods on website but don't use them. This is fun. Randomly affecting different players too, I just used email code last night or night before and it worked. Now I got booted (crash, support again) and requested to revalidate.

yeah, really sucks. It's strange that we can't use google 2FA, which is probably much more secure than email verification. I don't really understand why it wants frequent revalidation either, it'd be one thing if it was the first time on a device or something but it seems like it's every login. I guess there's significant enough risk that accounts might be stolen, but I don't see much of a point in preventing that to the extent it stops people from actually playing in the first place

You will not be matched into US servers no matter what. Maybe east coast US if the ping is low enough, but it's still a hard limit. You will not be placed into a match, as a solo, if the servers have a latency that exceeds the set hard limit

Hello, I have a very strange issue issue that just started with Tarkov that I havent had before. When i load into a raid during Matchmaking the game crashes my computer and makes it reboot. Sometimes this is a one time and it doesnt happen for awhile. Other times its 4-5 times in a row. This issue happened once yesterday and has gotten worse happening 5-10 times today. Its not a hardware issue. I googled it and found others that had the same issue but not this patch. This only happens with Tarkov not other games.

I have tried resetting my Bios settings. Draining the Cmos battery even.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for my Mobo
Uninstalling the game and reinstalling
Uninstalling the game from my SSD and Moving it to my M2 and reinstalling
Messing with lowering various graphics settings

My hardware is a
I7 1070 - 6 months old (not over clocked)
Asus Rog z490e - 6 months old
32gb of Corsair ddr4 ram - 6 months old
1080TI - 2 years old
Cant recall the power supply but it is the oldest item at 4 years old
Corsair water cooler with two additional fans in a push pull
one exhaust and one instake on case.

Typically when its loading before matching the monitors turn off and the PC restarts. The first couple times it happened i figured it was a surge or a draw and my computer is plugged into a high end Panamax with protect or disconnect usually able to reload and im either in a reconnect or my party made it in without me. When It happened the 3rd and 4th time I realized it wasnt a surge and i was having issues and it happened a few more times when i tried to reconnect back into the raid.

Again this is not a Hardware issue, I reseated my hardware, Tested it on multiple other games, and ran a benchmark all without any issues. My computer is not over heating which is what i suspected it to be at first. This is the first major update or wipe this has happened to be and ive played for a decent while now. Any help is appreciated.

To add on above. After one of the crashes today when i went to re-launch eft it had completley erased tarkov from my computer minus the launcher. I suspected maybe it was a drive issue which is why i re installe dit on a new folder on my M2 drive instead.

I had a problem that on their website I had the text that my gift was activated but there was no download button on the middle of the page. Calm down guys. while support is slow compared to some huge game manufacturer they have just fixed the problem for me and hundreds / thousands of others. you can change the email from the website now go and give it a shot it works and took about 2mins for me to change the email to a gmail and to send the code.
