@timid sequoia : Do you receive a "Json" message when entering the webpage after concluding the login? Just hit F5 in that case and you will get logged in even like this. 🙂

I doubt that. No-ones geting any response from your support team. People are complaining here, on reddit, twitter and your forum. Its a recurring issue. I created 2 tickets which both are marked as "answered" although i havent gotten a reply

As per the emails and support requests, as you can guess they are loaded. Answers will come as soon as possible. Any disrespect towards any staff including support specialists will be removed and actions will be taken.

I hope this is the right place to ask for help. But I bought the eod edition yesterday. In the launcher it says I have to type in the code I got on my email but I’m just not receiving it. I’ve tried tickets and emailing but nothing is happening. I really want to play the game or some info of when I will be allowed to play.

@grim hatch I only can speak about my experience, but i have never gotten a reply from your support ever. Also as many people said, the tickets are tagged as "answered" although no-one getting an answer. So i dont expect that waiting will help much

@merry moon - A lot of people are facing the same problem at the moment. Unfortunately there is not a fix that I can tell you of yet. But there are different threads in the forum and some cases mentioned in the chat. The only thing we can do is wait for the support to answer, I am afraid.

I updated my PC Hardware and now i dont get the verification code either. A few weeks ago i was getting the code without problems. I just dont get it this time. If i log in through the Website i have to verify too, and i get that email with the code instantly. It just doesnt work with the Launcher

@grim hatch The problem you mentioned in the live-feedback channel still persists for me and some of my friends. All from Germany with Vodafone ISP. Other friends with different ISPs do not have problems with infinite "Profile Data loading" screens or traders not being accessible. Using a VPN usually gets you to the main menu instantly and lets you use traders and the flea market normally, but getting into a raid is difficult. Is this an ISP issue and should we escalate it to them or is there work being done on your side?

We all did but the ticket support blames it on your email account and they don’t seem to be manually verifying us anymore so I guess all we can do is wait till I guess something happens in a few weeks or something we have no real power to do anything

This type of support is acceptable for f2p games but a lot of us paid 100$ for this game that’s a ton of money i would expect much better support for that kind of price tbh

I just think it's sad because all i wanted to do is play EFT with my friends and since i am the only one of them with this issue i just can't play with them in the holidays. Same issue for me. 3 Days ago no problem with receiving the code on Windows 7. Today updated to Windows 10 and nothing. Like 4 hours ago i received the website code but not the Launcher code. Now I'm not receiving anything.

Hey I have an issue. My game is taking ages to load as in im being stuck on loading screens. Then when I am attempting to move items around stash it takes ages as it needs to loads each item being transferred. Then when I attempt to join a game with friends I will constantly be kicked from queuing then press reconnect but it puts me into random raids. Any fixes??

Nope just checked the charges dont show up for at least 3 days with my bank. Why do they need that anyways i mean me sending an email in general is enough to show that i own the email and the account right? @digital mesa i didnt say anything about stash. the menus all work fine its just getting into games. i have to wait on average 15 mins for it to load then when i eventually load in i get an error saying sever disconnected.

@cosmic relic I was experiencing the same thing until yesterday. I was getting anti cheat connection time out error or something along those lines. I went all yesterday without a disconnect but I know bsg tweaked their servers again yesterday so that mightve fixed it for me. I also re-downloaded the game, cleared cache, verified game files.

@cosmic relic you can also disable your windows defender or firewall when running tarkov. I thibk that will help as well

@cosmic relic try to disable your firewall when running it and see if that helps and make sure it's not an internet problem on your side. Keep an eye on your other devices when it happens in tarkov to see if they disconnect too. If all else fails fill out a support ticket and hope they continue fixing their servers. This problem seems to be pretty wide spread after the December patch

@hushed oracle loading map gets to 100% then after a minute or two it goes to loading loot but then once im in it reaches about 6 minutes avg which is a disadvantage and on factory for example it loads quickly

it gets loading map 100% then it freezes(drops frames to like 2) and then jumps to loading loot after a minute or two whcih also take longer than usual and then awaiting game start takes like 1 minute then by the time i get in everyone is looted up and i get one shot to the head. this doesn't happen on factory and i think woods

SO with the arrival of 12.9 and what i would consider major issues that still need to be fixed i feel like its time to once again point out that sound is still buggy still hearing footsteps that aren't there and still cant hear other players making noise %100 of the time.....maybe instead of working on Streets the devs can devote a month or two of this year to squashing these and other performance issues

If anyone can help me, and shoot me a message I would really appreciate it. Obviously there's been some kind of mistake, I just want to help get it fixed so I don't lose my money or the game. Otherwise I've sent in a ticket and am waiting, but from what I've been reading online is that the devs don't ever look at their support tickets for bans. This was literally my first raid in the game and I got banned as soon as I died after killing one person, I just don't understand.

There do exist a lot of posts in the forum regarding the subject. You should create a ticket as well as post it inside the thread as the others have done. This may help. I am one of the people who have got the problem! 🙂

I got a weird glitch that just happened

My character "spawned" in raid when i got sever connection lost (I have a buddy so he told me) When I got back the the main menu, I couldnt reconnect, but had all my gear. My buddy tried killing the copy of my character that was in the raid but it was invulnerable. IDK wtf happened.

Does anyone have a solution for sporadic, random FPS dips/ping spike? The game will run at a solid 60fps, then occasionally it will "stutter" and dip approximately once every other second, 5-10 times in a row. Feels like little micro freezes. The entire game's audio stops briefly during each freeze.

I've noticed during this time my fps will occasionally dip and the "PlayerRTT" spikes to over 100. I assume that's the player ping?

Hello, This patch has most defiantly affected the game in a negative way for me, before this wipe it was preforming perfectly 144 frames with max settings and now the game and audio is studdery when i even have the chance to play and it slows my computer down A LOT. Having an issue where 30-60 seconds into a raid the client freezes for 4-5 seconds and then crashes to the desktop. EFT client says it crashed with an error and wants to submit a bug report (done so multiple times). Happens on both SCAV and PMC runs. It happens every single run (so I can't play). A few friends and I have been experiencing this issue when selling stuff on the flea market sometimes the game just glitches out an nothing works anymore for example when moving items in the stash they keep flashing an can't be moved you can't list items on the flea market anymore the only thing that seems to fix it for us is restarting the game. I don't care if the game is having an influx of players, if they want a larger player base they need to be able to run it rather than focusing on media attention. I payed my money for this game, not for free, so I expect 100% of what I purchased. This is borderline fraud and theft lol. They deny refunds even though I can't even play the game and only external sites such as paypal allow chargebacks. Fun thing is, when they answer your ticket they just offer you to change ur mail. The only mail i can switch to would be gmail and thats not working for most people either.

I get verification mails. So I dont think that that would be a / the problem.
Its just something on their side they might not even know about yet.
Maybe german services all of a sudden dont like battestategames' mail adresses. And even wont let them pass into the spam filter lol....

I was born in Germany, however I study here and I have basically lived all my life, here, in germany. However as I am british I have both citizenships. And as said I am capable of speaking writing etc. both languages. 😄 If thats what you are asking for.

I have that too and i had tons of problems with their "free" router they sent with it. I switched the box and now i didnt have a problem for atleast a year now

Currently out of my 1GBit/s connection ´the Problem is that when it is under load it basically just goes down the drain. 800 - 700 then 660- then 500 and so on. Absolutely useless. AND WHAT I really dig from this company is that they sell one and the same package for different prices. I pay 40€ a month, my friend 50€ and others are paying 30€ .... I really find that that is a shitshow.... How are they even allowed to do that?
