Yo, does anyone know how to fix the error when it says game is not installed mid play? My mate has reinstalled it every time and the directory cant go elsewhere as its only on one ssd. Literally mid game it will boot him the game closes comes up with the crash error and then as he goes to click play it refreshes and tells him to install. I bought this game yesterday, tried to play it and got kicked for using a virtual machine. Put a ticket in and got a reply that BSG will not give me a refund and cited some half english bullshit ToS. So I asked them to point me to the part of the ToS where it state that virtual machines are not supported. No answer. Anyone know of other examples of people getting ripped off like this? Theres nothing you can do prod. I had a similar issue with them saying I refunded my EOD purchase when I didnt. They will almost never reply to you, if you make a forum post with any amount of toxicity in it they will ban you for 1-2 weeks. If you refund you can repurchase though.

Hey i still have this issue! I found out that If i restart my router i can play exactly 2 raids and then i get back to the extremely long loading times / taders and fleamarket then also won't load up anymore. If i restart the game with out rebooting my router i can't launch the game at all, but if i restart my router everything works as usual but only for 2 raids. It also doesn't seem to matter if its Scav or PMC raids or one of each. @grim hatch

Seems to be isolated to Vodafone + Germany. Some reported success with using a VPN to get into the main menu and then disconnecting to get into a raid, haven't had much success myself (NordVPN) Got into a few raids but got dropped.

I have similar issues, my render ms and frame ms is unusually high. It was running smoothly for 2-3 days in this patch and suddenly my frame is locked at 15 when looking at PMC and scav model before going to raid. The fps worsened when we get inside a raid. ^this also depends heavily on what resolution and settings you use. if darklinkr28 play in 4 or 8k with max settings, no wonder. if he is in 1080p, then there is some issues with your pc, not the game itself

Why is my game downloading at 3 MBs I am running on a business network and can see my data center right now, ran 15 speed test checks and is steady at 1 gig up 1 gig down.
Oddly enough, when I close the launcher and re-open it, it starts downloading at 1,024 MB/s then just drops to 3 over the next 30 seconds.
54 Minutes compared to the 14 seconds it said it would take to install is kinda a big deal.

To clarify, the issue is that randomly after making a purchase my game will suddenly show the spinning icon in the bottom right corner. This never goes away until I alt+f4 the game and restart it.

I am pretty confident a post was made after an update about a potential suggested change in the client to fix this type of issue.

I should also note, this happens on two different computers, at two different locations, each computer has its own configuration with a common build.

I've been getting "anticheat time out please restart the game" disconnects like every 10 min in raid since the new update. Never had this issue before. My home internet is still fine and stable on a fiber optic connection and hardwired into the router. If I reconnect it simply gives me the same message every 5-10 min intervals. The forum seems to suggest this is somewhat common since the update. Has anyone found a fix for this? It's obviously extremely frustrating.

I had that issue yesterday while Discord kept working the server said I couldnt connect anymore and kicked me, after I reconnect (eft was just loading in my profile etc no problem) it said it couldnt connect again and I died in raid, while my friend who has the same provider 40km next to me didnt have any issue so probably it's some eft servers that block connections? @summer jacinth @dry inlet It only happened to me that one time tho

Heya, so I've been looking at EFT for awhile and figured now would be a good time to buy it since its on sale. However after some research I've seen a lot of threads with people saying the anticheat will ban you permanently for simply having a program like cheat engine or a hex editor installed on your computer. I frequently use hex editors for work.

Anyway, most of those claims seem to have been from about two years ago. I was wondering if that is still an issue. Because if it is it'd unfortunately be a deal breaker needing to uninstall these programs and restart before every launch of the game.

If you arent comfortable with it I wouldnt recommend selling gift cards on ebay, it can be sketch. Im not really sure if or how you can add multiple giftcards. But as a future tip, you can buy prepaid visa cards that work just like a regular debit card. Id recommend doing that in the future

Usually in multiplayer games the processor will be what results in something like that. From my experience at least. Your processor may not be powerful enough. Though it could be the 1060. Have you overclocked your processor? One good way to know if its due to the processor is that when you lower the graphics settings the framerate wont change much.

If you are a PMC, scavs will be aggressive towards you. If you are a scav and have NOT engaged another scav that is nearby, you will not have aggro, if you shoot a scav (AI or Player, unprovoked) you will then have aggro and scavs will attack you on sight if they were near enough to witness your murder

But it's bullshit, GMX or Web.de have no debt and we neither. It's a problem from BSG or one of there provider and that for a few days.
We have to ways:

1. Wait up to some "weeks" and hope the best.
2. Request your money back through a lawyer and / or make the incident public (Twitter/Twitch/Facebook). See Reddit or official Forum, up to hundreds of players are unable to play, especially new ones. Scam?
