Hey. My game freezes for 40-50 secs on "loading map 100%" and i usually late spawn because of it. My game is on SSD, 16 gigs of ram, medium and low settings. Cleared my cache, set the page file on 16-18000mb and i also reinstalled my game. Any idea how could i solve this issue?

Hey guys, im having a very odd issue with tarkov atm: I have my r5 2600 cpu overclocked to a static 3.9ghz, but as soon as i start Tarkov, it drops to a static 3.5ghz untill i go back into my bios to mess with the values again
i have stresstested everything and the overclock is stable, also temps aren't an issue. Does anyone have an idea as of why this is happing? Please @ me

Found a new Bug while using the RPK-16 with a 95 rounder mag in factory., When shooting in prone position, pressing ctrl to go from prone to crouch will result in instant mag change(you will notice it because the weapon will stop firing, the loading animation does not happen). The old mag that was used shooting in prone position will magically restore all its fired bullets and will be present in your rig

@odd oriole Connection lost might be your ping, go in the launcher and make sure you have server's with low ping selected
Also make sure the people you're playing with have servers with decent ping for you too

After some fights, my stomach had a light bleeding, which should be healable by bandages/salewas, right?
I was able to heal myself up, except the light bleeding on the stomach. Unfortunately I died due to this light bleeding which was not able to be healed.
In the stash I was able to heal it with a salewa/bandage.
Idk if it's a bug or intended, please lmk.

@glad horizon thanks for the response, now that it has been some time and i've had time to think, i want to explicitly lay out how he came to my position (which was constantly explained to everyone since we got inside), and also how after he died later in the raid; wanted the group leader to bring his stuff into the next one, but then trying to say to give his stuff to me instead as a cover up ... because he was going offline ... like he is 110%+ guilty of trying to take my gear and the sad thing is i spent the entire raid just trying to watch everyone's back and would have happily given him anything i had (also notifying people of good loot in spots, since i was not looting any spots - like i did find expensive items for the group but was focused on maintaining situational awareness more than looting) but the guy just simply desired to kill the 'weakest low leveled player in the group' i think that guaranteed he needs to be removed from the server. it will ruin the experience for everyone here and honestly the contrast i've had in that match vs the helpful times in here i think it was like playing an among us match in tarkov and wouldn't have been the least bit surprised if he tried to kill y'all at extract *but instead he died shortly after tk'ing me

The windows is on SSD the launcher and the game is on SSD as well. I have a HDD as well to store things. and the game when he thinks runns the HDD on 100% sometimes it runs the processor 100% as well.

If you are having trouble deleting Tarkov to reinstall it:
- Right click on "EFT (live)"
- Click "Properties"
- Go to "Security" Tab
- Click on "Advanced"
- Next to "Owner" click "Change"
- In the prompt, type your PC username and click "Check Names"
- Once if finds your name, Click "OK"
- Press "Apply"
- In the next prompt, apply owner to all subfolders
- Press "OK" on both windows you opened
- Single click on the EFT folder and do
Shift + Delete
If it tells you that "EscapeFromTarkov.exe" is running, do the following:
- Open PowerShell as administrator
- Type
get-process Escape* - If you see tarkov there, do
get-process EscapeFromTarkov | stop-process - Try to
Shift + Deletethe folder again
If you can't kill it, try get-process EscapeFromTarkov | stop-process -force.
Any other issues you may have, I have no idea how to solve.

I have problems with tarkov. When I play one Mach with my friends it's alright but when I try to play another game with him the squad invite never gets to him. The only thing that fixes this is restarting the game. Does anyone else has this problem??

Matching is weird, sometimes it matches for infinity, like I've had matching for 11+ minutes sometimes but if I restart the matching it's normal, like 1 minute at max or less even
I have all European servers selected, and I know this isn't really high pop EU time but this issue repeats even on normal time
Also, scavs wear sandals with socks, please fix amongst other things.

Ever since the 12.8 update I’ve been unable to play Reserve unless I restart my game in raid. Which isn’t always possible cause of gunfights shortly off spawn. I’ve looked at task manager while it’s happening and my memory shoots up to 95% or higher and stays like that till I die and go back to the main menu or restart the game and it’s starting to get fucking annoying. Any ideas on what’s causing it or how to fix it?

I can't even play a raid after restarting my game. In order for me to go into a raid, I have to load up a road and then quit the queue, wait a good 10 minutes for it to back me out and then I can go back into a raid and actually play it

It drops my FPS which I average high 90 to 10 or lower and only on reserve. When I use task manager to terminate the game it takes a good 5 minutes to load that I quit the game

@hybrid ore i had an issue where mouse and keyboard stopped working once, i updated BIOS, reset computer (not a full OS reset), and repluggeed cables in. That seemed to help. Try google unless ots a very specific issue

So after the last "big" update ive had insane long loading times for getting into raid. Pretty much always late spawns and never sees the deploying screen anymore.
Also i have to restart the game inbetween raids... if i dont i cant recieve invites from others. As soon as i restart i can get invites again.
This never happened to me before the update that gave us the compass.

Hello people, I've got an issue with Escape From Tarkov indeed.
I have a problem with loading time into raids. It is actually slow and I do have my game on SSD drive. I always spawn in late, especially frustrating when playing with a group. WHen my friends spawn in first and then after a minute or two I spawn in. Looked it up on the internet, found different pages on the forums. Lot of people have this issue or had. There's not a lot of solutions out there. So any kind of information or piece of advice would be really appreciated.

@tight crest check your region in the launcher, either use auto or manually choose lowest ping. Like for me I live in the city that one of the servers are located in so I manually set it to that one. Otherwise consider your ram, I'm not super computer savvy but I had 8 gigs before and I would always spawn maybe 2 minutes late now I've got 16 gigs and I spawn on time. If those don't work, try resetting router and maybe reinstalling tarkov.

@soft condor enabled use logical cores ingame setting, maybe disable amd equal to hyper threading in bios can help.
also, high shadow quality, and high drawdistance, lod etc can help if game is loading in items, etc.. depending on what your gpu can handle keep in mind, game stutters when someone or ai spawn, grenades mostly create stutter. heavy firefights to. seems to be server side issue..

Only way I can currently find a game is to que, then leave and re-que otherwise I get infinite matching times. After re-que it instantly starts loading me into a game.

I got killed after the notification came that servers will be shutdown in 24mins
But after I got killed I could still hear everything that was happening around me and I couldn't leave the game. I had to ALT+F4 and now I can't come back into the game.
If i click reconnect it tries and then tells me server connection lost and endless loading starts. After few attempts I clicked "leave raid" hoping that would finally release me, even if it meant suffering penalties (which I shouldn't because I died) but now I'm stuck in "leaving the game" screen and I can't do anything. Doesn't matter if I restart the game. I literally can't play

okay, this is getting ridiculous. Why do i have to restart 3-4 times after EACH RAID ? vendors freeze, can't advance past after raid screen, can't assemble guns, can't get into lobby, can't insure gear. tarkov is my new favorite alt+f4 simulator. I've reinstalled twice, verify game integrity and clear cache all the time and it doesn't do a thing.
i just restart the game after every raid just to make sure I don't have a lobby issue on my next raid, but i usually have to restart 2 more times after anyways. my squad is growing impatient and i've been loosing duo partners because of this issue.
only response i get from BSG is just keep restarting the game.

I was finally able to install the launcher after 500 website errors, and then I just get different types of errors each time I try and reinstall.
And if it ever installs, I get an error about needing to REINSTALL AGAIN. Rinse and repeat.

It's been a while since i've played, i completely skipped 12.7, but trying to load into 12.8, launching the game never makes it to the main menu. It sits at the initial loading screen and spins. IDK why cant i still load in raid normal. I cant accept any invites from friends in lobby and matching is taking like 20 minutes i have to ALT+F4 and then load back into the game and back into the raid. And the problem is that it spawns me at different location. last update was not good for me. if anyone can help me it would be awesome otherwise i will stop playing...

My friend and I have narrowed it down to it being gear/inventory related somehow. Anytime he goes in geared he gets stuck on awaiting session start or deploying 0. When he goes in with just a five seven he gets in every time. Very strange. @clever dune

Yeah, I hear you @scenic crest. I'm probably going to take a break from Tarkov given how buggy this is rn. I was hoping I wouldn't have to keep relying on the alt-f4 trick to get into raids, but nay. It is still screwy lewie.
@clever dune Possibly unrelated, I noticed that it seems to stop checking the flea-market after a certain time. Just tried to load into a raid and now 32 minutes after my items were sold on the Flea Market, it gives me the notification.
Some part of the backend is clearly borkey forkey right now.
