Don't know if this is a problem on EFT's end or my end but I haven't been able to load into a run yesterday or today. I can go into the main menu fine and go into hideout but when at a certain point when i'm loading into a run it just freezes my game and my discord and then crashes tarkov.

Question about constant disconnecting in raid and/or errors that boot you to desk top.
I have been playing a few wipes now. I have never experienced performance issues in the past that everyone talks about. I have seen them happen to my friends...
About a month ago when they started doing small update patches after the add on, the game is now almost unplayable.
I disconnect two or three times in one raid now. This has never happened to me.
I changed nothing in my PC.
My internet is hardwired and roughly 350mbs
That's never been an issue either.
Did this happen to anyone else? BRAND NEW issues you've never had before?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey guys, I tried sending a mail a few times (to support) but I did not get any reaction. So hence I'm trying to get some information this way. The problem is I'm not getting any activation code from you system by mail. I'm 100% sure my mail account is working and that there is no other folder where the mail is ending up (spam etc.). Is there anything I can do here?

My e-mail is hosted by protonmail.com which is a known and stable platform, no other issues there. Just with Tarkov somehow. The same when I try to recover/reset my password via the Battlestate website

@digital current If you have something on the stock, such as a recoil pad, you will need to remove it first. Same with any form of sight that attachs to the side of the weapon, this will be resolved in 12.8

@rapid ivy Log out of your launcher, then ensure nothing EFT or BSG is running. Then log out of oyur online account and log back in, make sure everything is okay then relog in to BSG

If you are still getting issues after that, you may have an issue between your ISP and BSg itself. You might want to try a VPN for a few days and see if ath resolves it

Anyone have the problem where at exactly 37% loading loot your game/discord crashes? I am able to do scav runs perfectly fine but for some reason PMC just freezes for the past 2 days. I've tried resinstalling tarkov but the didnot work. Any ideas? Only problem is with EFT and no other games.

So i just tested some more and found out that the game crashes in offline only when im playing shoreline, I am able to load into factory just fine.

Figured it out, tarkov requires you to have a certain amount of space available when you load into the game bc you have to temporarily download each map when you load into it. So my drive had like 1 gb available and that wasn't enough for tarkov

Report the problem in the Launcher or on the official website, clearly explaining the problem, add photos if possible.

Just been in a Reserve raid after killing Gluhar, mi weapon got stuck swapping slots, I reseted the game an reconnected, then I tried to drop a weapon it got stuck the same and couldn't even fire.

Restarted again, tried to heal myself got into and infinite heal animation and died from bleeding cause I couldn't shot the idiot scav as I had my inventory bugged.

(E.g: if it was me, you’d see me either on the voice chat of discord, or my username + me in this discord (which are identical) otherwise, I don’t think they can do something.

Does anyone also get the blurry streaming of tarkov?No other game has this issue. i7 9700k gtx1080 720p 6k bitrate I tried streaming also at 1080p 6K same issue. Indoor it looks better but like in factory it's so grainy and yes all setting for noise and grass,ect has been removed. I tried both with postfx on and post fx off same result.

@robust spire I have been playing just this for like last week without issues not sure what changed becuase I didnt screw with any setting until i started seeing this. I get to loading loot at 34% everytime and it aborts. Every once in a while if I switch on and off the physical core setting in the game play menu it shakes it loss and works but last two day it hasnt.

Anyone knows how to fix the " Awaiting session start..." it is just loading none stop and i cannot get into any game

Cannot even play as a scav, it just wont start and keep loading and loading untill it gets disconnected for timeout

After an Update last week, always if i want to join a game it loads normal until the loading screen shows: "waiting for session start".

Then it needs between 5 and 10 minutes.
After that period my char spawns. But really laggy.
When the char has spawned i cann't do much and the message "Server disconnected" appears.

Right now as they are adjusting a lot of the servers constituently you may need to change your server selection often to get the right ones. Until 12.8 and unity 2019 drops this will continue for at least a few more week

I've got some serious performance issues since a couple days back, it only occurs on Tarkov and started happening saturday. Before that day I got around 100 fps on every map and now when I load into reserve with all settings low, I get about 30-40

@dull flax Everyone is having performance issues but low settings is a bad way to deal with it. The lower the settings the more strain you place on the CPU insted of the GPU. Raise your settings to the mid level and then adjust around tehre, ensure you have high and streaming for textures as your GPU should be able to manage it with the RTX caching.

After that any more FPS issues is soely down to BSG's work with the servers, once we are on Unity 2019 everything should be resolved within the first month - two

*Are you drivers (CPU, GPU, BIOS, etc) all up to date.
*Have you tried a fresh install?
*Are you getting any errors?

@ebon echo this is a fresh install, all drivers up to date, brand new bios update too, im running 32gb ddr4 @ 3200mhz and my cpu base clock is 4.2ghz, although i have it maxed out at 6.8 and watercooled

Changed password no problem.

Literally getting shit fps on this game 24/7 now, just completely reinstalled both the launcher and the game to no avail. 1080ti oc'd, 5820k @ 4ghz & 32gb ram can't even get a stable 60fps. I get dips every 5-10 seconds and stutters to 5fps 🙂 (Now installed on an nvme ssd instead of a sata)

What are the steps to reporting a hacker. I was running labs and a person killed me perfect headshot strafing I messaged him and he invited me to his discord which then had a list of prices. The prices included him running people through labs for $4 a run the person was sharing screens where I could see their screen with a x-ray of the entire maps and auto aiming to peoples heads, along with the nakeds that would come into the raids and take all the loot. When I asked him of his cheats he gave me a price for said cheats as well

For some people Discord and Tarkov seem to be buggy together, I never heard of a current solution (as not many mention what steps helped work). Make sure EFT is whitelisted from your virus scanners/protectors.

Go into your game directory, right click EscapeFromTarkov/EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe and click properties > compatibility and untick run as admin on them both

If you open the launcher, click settings and then click on the directory it'll open it for you

@stiff meteor Try muting the game via volume mixer, if that doesn't work try restarting your computer. If issue continues you can attempt to find further help here or by making a support ticket.

@trim hazel I haven't submitted a support ticket in awhile but it should be about 2 days up to a week. You can check your support ticket to make sure it is still pending and not accidentally closed.

Update: I can purchase off the flea market and sell to traders but I can't buy or barter anything with them.

@compact matrix Go to www.escapefromtarkov.com and sign in. From there go to your profile and you should be able to download the game from there. It may have lost your game key, so installing the launcher (presuming you still have the game installed) should update your current download. If that doesn't work ping me with more info

@jolly ibex Yes whoever sets the invites must manually servers. Using automatic will find suitable servers for the host only, which may result in other members experiencing higher ping. Finding servers that would fit you and your friends would help. I'd suggest everyone would set the same servers thus you can see which servers work best

@halcyon spire Haven't heard of that one before, try verifying game integrity. If that doesn't work check your video settings to make sure it's displaying to proper display. If that doesn't work you can try submitting a support ticket but probably just easier to fully reinstall the game overnight

i cant find anything on the web about it either. yes, i have verified, installed on a new m.2 and even reinstalled my entire os and cleaned the drives with no luck. all drivers are up to date as well

Try putting the video display into fullscreen then to borderless(testing both) I don't know how this would help but worth a shot. From what you said probably best for a support ticket to BSG

So I upgraded my account last week I had the Standard edition and upgraded to Edge I saw in the list you get 400k Roubles for the edge of darkness but I never got it, I got everything else but that did anyone else experience that issue?

@lucid terrace well, EOD is 1 x copy of the game, upgrade to biggest stash size, upgrade to the bigger secure container and you get more rubles and gear to start with.

im fairly new to this game to begin with, i have good aim in other shooters and stuff, but sometimes my rear sight is on someones head, hes standing still, i hold my breath (iron sight with sniper) and i dont get a headshot and i didnt even hit the body, that was 2 times cz he hasnt moved the second shot either so i took my time agaain, no headshot, no body hit, pls explain
