I wrote an email to support and talked to Ignat R., i sent him two receipts as proof of my ownership of the account. I did not get a response, nor a ticket number. I'm having an issue with the Postman Pat quest, I got the letter off the body on Factory and extracted with it, then did another raid on Factory for other quests and died and I don't have the letter in my quest-items inventory and can't be turned in, but it isn't on the body for me to grab anymore either, not sure if this is just me being dumb or if my quest is bugged

Hey, I hope this is the right chat for this kind of question. I just wanted to know if anybody has a fix for an issue my friend has been dealing with since the wipe. In regards to the flea market, he can put 3/3 offers up on the market, however when they sell the offer slots do not clear up. He stays stuck at 3/3 offers unless he resets his game or goes into a raid.

I’ve got an excellent internet connection but I keep losing connection to the server. My provider is vodaphone. I’ve manually set multiple euro servers with sub 40 ping and even swapped between groups, it’s happening no matter the server. I had no problem with connection last patch or prior to the twitch drops event. I’ve checked my hard disk, my ram, my internet, reinstalled, verified files, disabled antivirus and forewall, cleaned registry. I’m running out of things to try at this point.... still losing connection regularly even with 90mb down and 24 up.

Hey so earlier today I got our of a raid as a pmc successfully. The screen went black like normal but never showed the post raid screen. After leaving it for about 20 min the game had crashed and when i reopened it was as if i never went in to begin with. This is really frustrating as I had found my first flash drive in raid

This game just fucked my pc, i alt tabbed to desktop, when i tab back into the game, it opens on the wrong monitor, i restarted game completely and still it opened on wrong monitor, now i restart my pc and its not posting anymore.
New rtx2060 super, so that shouldnt be the issue.
Update: i got my pc running again, i dont know how but force restarting it with switch the 3rd time somehow made it post again, will try if game works normally now

For developers who encounter this issue. Since the new Windows 10 April Update, Windows Subsystem Linux 2.0 is available and supports a complete Linux kernel emulated through Hyper-V. Looks like Tarkov (or the anti-cheat) doesn't like Hyper-V for now. If you are using WSL 2.0 and you're getting disconnected, for now the only way to fix it is to disable Hyper-V in Windows features menu.

I have a problem where if I scroll my stash down using the scroll bar (Click and drag), it will automatically and continually scroll to the top. It's only happening in EFT. Has anybody else encountered this?
If I restart the client I can use the mousewheel until I scroll using the scroll bar again, then not even the mousewheel works (it scrolls back up right away)

Okay I figured it out. Hard reboot after Windows 10 error caused one of my joysticks to lose calibration. Apparently EFT was reading this input in certain situations. Recalibrating the stick fixed the issue.

@fallow nebula You could perhaps report/submit a ticket via their bug report, but server issues aren’t really a bug. There’s alot of strain currently and alot of people having problems.
@lapis meteor Give them some time. Theres 100 BSG staff and thousands upon thousands of tarkov players. Servers are also massively impacted due to twitch event, meaning support queues will be longer.
@lapis light Yes it was patched quite awhile ago. Fire in there now does massive damage, and you’ll nearly always die.

Whenever my game sits on black screen for too long after a pmc raid, ill task manager end it. Gear always seems to be there. Does anyone know how to get rid of a bugged stack of money? I have 200k in my sicc case, which is in my gamma. If I try to drag the gamma, stack of cash, or sicc then the items disappear until I restart my game. hey guys i have been experiencing some mayor bugs with scavs being litteratly unkillable: they are standing still without moving or anything if you hit them they don't take damage and to top that of they shoot without heariing them or seeing them shoot but you still take damage. does anyone know if this is a common bug and if it will get fixed in a future patch?

Give your case a dust Ken and it might help else you could set up a custom fan profile but 76 is more than fine for a 2080ti. @abstract ember Make sure both of you have keycards are in the lobby if that fails try it on a different map if that works restart your game

I’ve tried so many different things to stop stutters while playing. I’ve overrided high dpi settings, messed with my in game settings, messed with some nvidia control panel settings and bought an Ethernet cable. The game will get random frame drops and freezes and it gets very annoying. I can’t even run reserve because it’s so bad and same with shoreline. I used to be able to run them but after a few patches they are unplayable. Looking for someone who may have a fix that I haven’t tried. My specs:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
SSD
It’s an asus rog strix GL10CS in case these weren’t enough. The game usually runs around 65-70fps when it’s fine and drops to sometimes as low as 2 for a few seconds. It also takes a long time to load out of raids (several minutes).
