@late tiger Really the only thing you can do is make sure your network is stable (use wired instead of wifi) and reinstall the launcher and game at different places (I recommend C:\Program Files).

Does Nvidia Shadowplay / Highlights work anymore? As of a day or two ago, I can no longer record Tarkov. If I hit alt+F10 to record the last 20 minutes, it just records my second monitor instead of the game. I can still record other games, but it's like it defaults to my second monitor when Tarkov is open on my main monitor. Nothing changed on my system, neither software settings nor hardware. Just trying to figure out what's going on.

You are going to need to call your ISP support #, and request to be transferred to Tier 2, because Tier 1 will have no idea what you're about to ask for, Once you get to Tier 2, you're going to explain to them that you need them to send a request to the IP Escalations team as Escape From Tarkov is blocked, they will have a form for this, they will get the required information, they will send this form, the IP escalations team will then contact you, within 24 hours, or in up to 6 weeks.

Been having a problem with my sound. i only notice it when im in a building. nades going off dont make sound, foot steps are not all being heard doors opening and yelling are not being heard as well. been going to dorms and thats where it seems to happen. i thought just might be there but ran reserve and i noticed i couldnt hear nades in the bunker as well.

@visual tiger the problem isn't with fixing THEIR servers or THEIR shutters. it's optimization and compatibility with a variety of different computer mashups.

Tarkov works absolutely fine on my computer, but i've heard other people playing tarkov with different setup combinations have more trouble.

In other words; don't bitch and complain. They can only work so hard.

Hi I have a quick question about the new healing service. How would people heal fractures and such now if they refuse to pay for the therapist's services after a raid. I had a fractura from a raid and expected it to automatically heal over time, the next day i still had a bone fracture. The fracture stayed even when I joined another raid and I had to heal it with a splint. Is this a bug or a new feature?

2 or 3 days before the last patch I was playing and got kicked for high ping. My ping kept going above 250. Normally my ping is less than 100 on 4 of the RUS servers and 2 EU servers. I think my best ping was St Pete at 50 which I typically used as the default. Each time it kicked me I would log back on and reconnect to the same raid. It took several tries but I eventually extracted. Ever since then, for 5 or 6 days now I can only connect to 1 server which is Milan and my ping is 150 to 180. All the servers are showing a ping over 200 except Milan at 150 where as before I could play on 6 different servers below 100. I'm deployed in Afghanistan, I've been playing EFT here since January without issues. I contacted my ISP and they said nothing has been changed recently that would cause this. It's only on EFT, other games I play are fine. Is there anything I can do or anything EFT changed that causes/can fix this? Playing at 150 ping is not terrible but it's noticeable when looting and peaking, also the que times are long on Milan compared to St. Pete. Playing PMC, connection is completely fine, can do a whole raid start to finish.
Playing as a SCAV on any map, i loose quality connection and get disconnected 2 minutes in. This only happens when playing SCAV. Anyone getting the same issue?

hey boys i have this problem where im stuck on loading loot

basically when loading loot pops up and i'm playing with my friends i'm always the last one to load in and my game lobby fps drops from 60 to 5-1 fps when i see 'loading loot' and all my friends have to wait for me anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

I have a Nvidia Geforce 1050ti , Ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb of ram and have Tarkov installed on a SSD.

Could someone please help?

i have a problem Please help me, i do not understand what is the difference between the Fullscreen Settings and the Borderless Settings in Screen Mode.

Before some updates when i alt tabbing with fullscreen i needed to wait a little before change to the other programs, but now it is just behaving like a borderless mode.
I am sure that this setting is not working like a true fullscreen, i have no improove FPS between the fullscreen and borderless.
Before this was working, i had signifficantly increased FPS with Fullscreen +20 and now i am just stuck at 40 FPS.

Can anybody help me to make this with true fullscreen window ?

@dull ledge Just be patient. I am sure it will be back soon enough. In the mean time you can try different DNS servers. I recommend cloudflares 1.1.1.1

@scenic halo Make sure there isn't much running in the background and keep track of your ram. Try the auto ram cleaner and CPU core affinity settings ingame. Also do an integrity check and clear your cache via the launcher.

So I just did a Scav run, got fat and extracted. While I was in the black screen after I had extracted I got some authorization error so I pressed OK, then my game closed down so I started it again. When I got back in again it was just the strandard screen and from what I can tell I can't retrive any of the gear I got. Is there ANYTHING I can do?

so in the easiest way possible that i can explain the problem goes like: i open up the game, the first loading screen loads the one with all the logos (battleeye, game developer, etc) then i get into the second loading screen where its supposed to say loading profiles and where the pine branch is. but it simply says nothing i can move my mouse around and the screen wobbles when i do. i cant enter the game it doesnt let me, i have reinstalled the game, cleared cache, temp folder updated my driver and it still doesnt work. i literally dont know what to do.

This makes no sense. I couldn't get it downloaded, and it wouldn't connect to BSG's server to authenticate. I buy NORDVPN, VPN into the SAME country that I'm in and it starts the installation and connection just fine.

So I tried installing the hotfix and at like 25% A mini window pops up and says User action required "so and so file" is in use by another application and if I press skip or retry it will continue the download but do it again but list a different file name and I have to click skip or retry over and over again to keep the bar moving

I can't login to the launcher with my credentials but I can login to the website; same username and password.
When I attempted to change my password, the password I tried to change it to (the same password I couldn't login with) was apparently already my password...
After I changed my password to something new, that new password still doesn't work on the launcher, but it works on the website. I'm stumped.

What do you mean? I've logged on to the launcher many times before I reinstalled Windows (which is why I had to redownload the launcher and re-login and shit) I have over 400 hours in the game. It's just odd that I can login to the website and not the launcher with the same credentials

I've restarted my router multiple times, done literally everything possible and this only happens in tarkov. My game is spiking from 30-50ms way up to 300-500, and it spikes every few seconds. I am only connected to sydney which I get 25ms on so I am very confused.

Welp I fixed it. I hit escape at the mail instead of the red X and it actually went back to the main screen. Didn't crash that time, and now mail shows up.

It's been a thing for a very long time by now. It certainly doesn't seem like it's intended, but it has also never really been fixed. I don't think there is a way to report those players or if so, you would have to contact and ask the official support.

I have a really wierd issue, whenever i try to play on reserve my game will totally break, i dont load in for 5 minutes after my team does, i will typically crash, when im in the game I get horrible lag and cant see / hear any players that have spawned before i have. With this stock on the as val if you middle mouse click it which normally folds the stock it acts as if the stock isnt there, but it shows up, and there is 85 recoil when I fold it but it doesnt fold because the stock isnt foldable

Just went to upadate the game, got an error about a florabundle, clicked retry multiple times, just skipped it. Seemed to work, finished the update and then it said repair game. It started automatically and when it got halfway through, same florabundle item error. It then cancelled and told me to reinstall the entire game

Check the folder "Spam" - a letter by mistake could get there;
Wait at least 5 minutes - the letter does not come instantly;
Add the sender's address to the whitelist of the mailbox no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com;
If you use e-mail client, then perhaps your antivirus blocks letter. Try to temporarily disable it.
Contact the support of your mail service with a request, why you do not receive letters from the project Escape From Tarkov from the addresses no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com
