I did not notice for a considerable time as a result of having my EFT account hooked up to a side email (I often sign up for games/newsletters to prevent it from clogging up my personal email) and taking a break from EFT at that time due to having to reprioritize some aspects of how I used my time
I do have emails confirming I purchased EFT (receipt from email) as well as old emails from Battlestate regarding my account.

Interchange is a broken map since the revamped it anyways. They ruined it by adding alarms and nerfing Kiba so you make near nothing.. hence why the Kiba key dropped 1.5mill in 1 days after the patch.
@runic pike Black windows/dark windows can also be fixed with certain in-game settings. I've never used filters and can see through windows fine from inside to out or vis-versa.

ive made a walkthrough on the part of the filter fix people are getting tripped up about
- Uninstall Geforce Experience
- Install Geforce Experience 3.20.0.118 from here: https://us.download.nvidia.com/GFE/GFEClient/3.20.0.118/GeForce_Experience_v3.20.0.118.exe
- Pull up Notepad in the start menu, right click, and select Run as Administrator.
- From within Notepad, open C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\NVIDIA GeForce Experience.json. If you can't see the file, change "Text files" to "All files" in order to show JSON files.
- Change the value of nv-self-update-path to Downloader\doesnotexist.json (only change the part after the = sign).
- Filters will work again and Geforce Experience automatic updates will fail.

I don't use it and that's only because my monitor can do it for me, plus the Nvidia settings can do me good if I really wanted to, but not all have a good monitor and haves a old monitor that's so dark you can't even see its day outside. I kinda get your point, but the filters doesn't really gives you an advantage - its again, filters. And most people have monitors that can change gamma, brightness etc. anyways, but for them that can't, that feature is nice to have

So instead of making a real anticheat it seams that EFT devs just put a ping block on the game to stop the Chinese from cheating in non-asian servers. Hello fellas, Tarkov really hates me and i really need your help.. over the past two patches the game has been insanely laggy for me - constant crashes, stutters, lag spikes in general. i have not changed any settings, my pc itself is running properly, the temperatures stay in proper levels, but any time i load into a map, no matter what it is, i will get lag spikes, being almost unable to move. i have tried almost everything, please, i beg you, help me, i really want to enjoy my favorite game again.

type "remove programs" in the windows search bar, a setting to do so should pop up, after you press on it, a list of all your pcs programs will pop up, click on tarkov and press "uninstall"

@deft wagon I had some similar problems with a mouse I had, it had a small amount of water spill on it and I thought nothing of it.
When the mouse was plugged in; it would randomly 'Disconnect' and 'reconnect'; doing the same to all my other peripheral devices. I had to unplug my two external drives as they were being removed 'not safely' over and over due to this issue. I got a new mouse and problem went away

Like EFT had a issue almost a year back where a Internet Provider in the US State of New Jersey blocked all outgoing connections to Tarkovs game servers.

Check permissions for the folder tarkov is being installed to, i've had similar issues when i fucked up an entire directory's permissions - Just give "Everyone" "ALL" permissions.

I was experiencing some fps issues in game and lobby so i followed this guide to help me out.

It seems to have helped my FPS issues but now i get screen tearing and setting all my Nvidia settings back to default doesn't seem to have fixed it. Any ideas?

So instead of making a real anticheat it seams that EFT devs just put a ping block on the game to stop the Chinese from cheating in non-asian servers. This Ping block is affecting me because I have a shared connection and maybe every 2-5minutes my ping randomly spikes to 250+ for a few seconds and its kicking me from every game I try to play

Yea, your settings are fine and test those ^^. You might try disabling Antialiasing (set off) but it will affect quality.
