You could also try and clear Cache in launcher and see if that helps. Try setting everything to max settings. I'm running 1060 and it's all fine with minimal stutters

@vivid briar exploiters do not get banned, you might if you're VERY unlucky get your skills reset, but the developers want to iron out the exploits and not punish people exploiting because that's how they'll get them out of the game before official launch

If you don't mind dying a lot and are fine with taking a few weeks to get a grip, you should try it. I personally would recommend you to not look up some guides or similar stuff, because that destroys the point and feeling of tarkov imo. If you need help, there are the wiki, the beginners section of this discord or sherpas.
If you are not sure at all.. Play stalker and see if you like it. 😄

Recently several Windows 10 users have started experiencing this issue without a change on our side. After investigating we have concluded that it is caused by NVIDIA’s new “(Ultra-)Low Latency Mode”. Until NVIDIA provides a fix please disable this feature by opening your NVIDIA Control Panel, selecting “Manage 3D settings” -> “Global Settings” -> “Low Latency Mode” and changing this setting to “Off”. Click “Apply” and potentially also reboot your system.
